Jai Prakash University — Issuance of degree certificate

My name is Kritika Kumari, and I am writing to express my concern regarding the non-receipt of my degree certificate after requesting through online request portal, conferred upon the completion of my MSc (Zoology) session[protected] at Rajendra College, Chapra, Jai Prakash University. My Request ID is 164267 / KRITIKA KUMARI, Reg ID-304307/02

I requested on 23/11/2023 and as of today's date, I have not received my official degree certificate via post. I understand that the processing and mailing of certificates may take some time, but given that a considerable period has elapsed since my graduation, I am reaching out to seek clarification on the status of my certificate.

Could you please provide me with an update on the shipment status of my degree certificate? If possible, include any tracking information or confirm the dispatch date.
