I requested on 23/11/2023...

I applied online for Provisional and Migration certificate in July 2023 on https://jpu.gsbihar.online/Default.aspx . Request id is: 137603 (for Provisional Certificate) and 137614 (for Migration Certificate). But JP University did not issue my certificate yet. this is very urgent.
please solve my problem and issue urgently....

I applied online for degree certificate on 25th July 2023, date of receipt of certificate was 13th August 2023, request id is: 139112 Rs.700 was deducted from my account...but JP University did not issue my degree certificate
please solve my problem...

I passed out my graduation[protected], and i applied my certificate only and paid 700INR but still no update.
i sent mail regarding it to CV and Registrant but they didn't resolve it...

Dear Sir,
I have applied for my original degree certificate on 17th May with a payment of rupees 700. Document receiving date written on the receipt was 16th June 2023. But still i did not receive my degree certificate yet. I use to visit daily to post office but still there is no update from the university. I need my degree certficate to submit at B Ed college. Please help me to get my original certificate soon. detqails are attached.

महाशय, निवेदन है कि मैं धीरज कुमार, यदुनन्दन महा- विद्यालय दिघवारा (सारण) का छात्र हूँ। मेरा प्रथम (खण्ड) पास होने के बावजूद भी मेरा स्नातक तृतीय (खण्ड) का अंकपत्र नही आया है। जो पुन: जय प्रकाश विश्वविद्यालय के द्वारा उसी अंक-पत्र पर पुनः संसोधन किया जाएँ। संसोधन कर प्रथम (खण्ड) का orignal marks निर्गत किया जाए।

I have completed M.A. from JP University in 2014. Name - Sonam Kumari Reg No- [protected]/09. I received all my marksheets but degree/Provisional certificate is still pending. Wen I call university, they are not providing proper information about process to get Pass Provisional Certificate/Degree Certificate...

I have submitted application for issue my Original Degree certificate from last 3 years and many times follow up on this. But still didn't get any response. Also had below emailed sent to VC.

I have to submit the Original degree certificate in my professional career.

Respected sir,

My name is Vinod Kumar Gupta. I am an Ex-student of Gopalganj College AKA Kamla Rai College, Gopalganj, and J.P. University, Chapra (Bihar) of B.A (History Hons) session[protected]. I had Passed examination in Dec 2006. Still my Degree Certificate not issued by J.P. University and for this certificate I had applied request form in June 2018 with Rs. 300/. and many times follow up regarding for this. But there is no any positive response from concern department.

Again, I had gone to University on 12th July 2019. But concern person did not get my Degree Certificate and neither proper update on that. After that I had gone to you. You have also signature on my Application form and order to concern person, Please provide me my Degree Certificate same day 15th July 2019.

But again concern team did not take seriously and submit my application form and told me that please come after 15 days for follow the process of Degree Certificate.

After 15 days I had gone again and again 4 times But my Degree Certificate had not been issued due to concern person (Ranjit & Ruhi).

Ranjit told me, "My application form have been lost from Office". He suggest me Please Re-apply again with Online. I have again apply application form Online with payment of Rs. 500/- on 15 August 2019. But still it is under process after one month.

Kindly check it on priority basis and please issue my Degree Certificate. Below is the status and information of my Online application.

I pay JPU fee Rs.300/- from UPI (paytm) [protected]@paytm of My canara bank Banpura Branch 16/06/2022 Time 05:25:20 PM. Refrence no.[protected].
Amount Deduct from my account but form not complite

My degree requester I'd 40837 and I applied for degree before one year . In November 2021 I went to university but I didn't get my degree. Now I have no any information about my degree.
