I have applied for pan center franchise on 22.09.2017 and he was promised me to provide center code in maximum 14 days, so i paid him 5000 at a time and later i paid 20000 through imps till date they don't proved me center code now it become more than 1.5 months. When try to contact him/her about status, they every tell me wait for 2 days, every day, now they not receiving my call. Please see the matter and provide me code as soon as possible or refund my whole money with interest and penalty..
