Jain Hospital — Overcharging and not sharing the original reports(Covid test reports)

My mother (Lalti Devi)was admitted in hospital from 7th May to 14th May.Hospital declared my mother/ patient (Lalti Devi)covid positive on discharge certificate but not sharing covid positive reports on request. I am following the hospital from last two months.They are declaring all admitted patient covid positive for earning extra money without any test.They also overcharged for Nebulization while their nebulizer was not working and they didn't offer it to patient they added 12800 rs for the services.
Kindly help me out in getting Covid positive report from hospital as patient was declared covid positive.They didn't done any entry of covid positive details on govt app or agencies.They are only making false reports.
