Dear sir,
We bought a hp color laser printer 1025 from fire mobile, civil lines, allahabad dated 11th may 2016 bill no 3995, serial no-
Cnf5q40016, after working for at least 7 months we started having problem with the paper tray for which we called up the service hp allahabad, aforeserve.com with a complaint. After keeping the machine for sometime they said that the problem is with the paper tray assembly.
Despite being in the guarantee period a service engineer said that someone has manipulated the assembly tray. We request we are doctors and we do not have time to do all this and our work is getting hampered as all our reports had to be printed but due to delay it is hand written. But the engineer was admend that you people have done something wrong and the hospital had to pay for the assembly. Finally because work was suffering we did made a payment.
The printer was delivered to us on 5 april 2017 after a month.
Again after working for a month it again stared to give problem we complaint the engineer he said to you have to replace the inks and we did, but the problem is still not resolved.
Calling the service center repeatedly there is no positive response from the center, no one has taken up the call for repair.
Your company being a leader in the business is not acceptable.
