2nd phase me kaha gaya tha ki one yr locking period he knee replacement k like. Abhi mera 3rd yr he 2nd phase renewal ka. Par aapke off se mana kiya ja raha he knee replacement k liye. Me nayi policy nahi le raha hu, mera renewal he, to rules kaise change ho sakte he. Kya ese me cheating samju. Kahi jain k name se business to nahi ho raha he. Please muje jald se jald reply chahiye.
