Thank you for jio chairmen and commity members for not receive my telephone and no reply given by your officer under my sah id no 204966

I am paid my mediclaim payment by neft utr no barbh[protected] of
Rs 17060 on date 29/03/16.

I am also personally visit your alliance ins broker ltd, vile parle west on date 26/08/16 and submit registration new form - phase-2 renewal.

My telephone not receive by alliance ins broker ltd officer and no proper reply given email form last two mount

Jio receive my money and cheating with me as per behavior by officer with me. no body help me for this matter by jio vile parle west office, i am lost all trust on jio

I am paid my mediclaim payment by NEFT UTR No BARBH[protected] of
Rs 17060 on date 29/03/16.

I am also personally visit your Alliance Ins Broker Ltd, Vile Parle West on date 26/08/16 and submit Registration New Form- Phase-2 Renewal.

My Telephone not receive by Alliance Ins Broker Ltd officer and no proper reply given email form last two mount
