Jain International Organisation [JIO] — Ericson TPA claim on hold

My claim no. 226237. I have called multiple times Ericsson TPA call center team and they were all telling lies and everytime give new timelines and saying that it is on hold. Please do not take this policy ever . They are fraudsters.
