Hello sir/madam,
Earlier i applied for 7.2 Phase gold and silver plan health insurance, amounts paid through payumoney were 13, 107 (payment id: 12240038, 1merchant order id: 219ebc52e[protected]) on 19th Oct, 2016 & 2, 799 (payment id:[protected]
Merchant order id: ad9899b7e6772cff05bc) on 22nd Oct, 2016 respectively.
However, the same is not been reflecting in my SA ID p7k21672 which i got in sms box what you are sharing.
I wanted to apply for gold plan now and i was looking for my credit of 13, 107 but its not there and wanted to apply refund for silver plan i paid earlier rs 2, 799.
we have been trying like anything to clarify on this somehow, but there is no single facility to clarify on this over phone or email, no single given phone number works, none email id gives you response.
Hope i am in and eligible, and not out of jio jac medical scheme - simply because i could not filled my application in the given time frame by you.
Provide me a solution and give me policy.
