Sir,

I have taken JIO phase 3 family floater policy no.4015/[protected]/00/000 valud till[protected].

I have sent email to
[protected]@gmail.com...and ICICI Lombard...both on 5/1/2017...but no response. ICICI Lombard informed me clearly to approach JIO for renewal of existing policy.

There are hardly 15 days left...and...no sms...or...email sent for Renewal Process..to my already regd.email and mobile as well.

However...i reproducr my regd.details for your ready reference hereunder:

Dear Dinesh,

JIO has not issued policy for Shravak Arogyam phase 7, part 2 for which we had booked in October 2016 but no policy up to today. They have only messaged that they are still negotiating with the insurance company. It looks like phase 3 will also be indefinitely delayed or cancelled.
