I had already paid the premium to renew the above mentioned policy on 14/10/16. But the policy has not yet started due to their internal problems. I had to admit my mother to a hospital due to some emergency. on 14/11/16 and same has been intimated on phone as well as mailed to prudent brokers Mr.Varun and got a return mail saying it has been forwarded to concerned dept and will update soon and after repeated mails they are not concerned to reply mails and not keen to answer phone calls as most of the numbers are been disconected or switch off and not updating the renewal staus nor my premium what they have taken the money update they have put lakhs of jain brothers on ride by not issuing the Mediclaim nor given any clarity on the same.
