I am following up with my claim settlement with Ericson TPA and it's been 2 months there is no reply to resolve my concern.
I am daily emailing with reminders but till now I have not received any reply.
This so pathetic experience that no one even bothers to reply to email.
I have escalated it to grievances team but no reply till now.
