I have taken an mediclaim policy in 19th october 2016 month till today's date and still haven't received any documents from you,

After this i mailed you 3 to 4 times about this matter, but still i haven't received any response from you,
I contacted to your email address and even to your registered telephone number about 100 of times but no response on the phone also, and usually these number goes with a busy tone.

Now what to do about this matter, so kindly send all our payments back as early as possible.
