I got my Phase 1 Renewal related complaint resolved from Alliance Insurance Brokers who are being appointed by JIO as their brokers this year. Here are some guidelines to help you all out. My problem was related to login issue as I was not able to "verify and proceed"
with my new SA ID which they sent through SMS.
1. Drafting complaint/issue - It should include proposer's Name, JIO JAC Id, Old JIO SA ID (i.e. your last policy ID) and details related to your complaint.
2. Posting of the above details through "Let us Help You" section you find in top right corner of www.jiojac.com website. - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU SHOULD SELECT RELEVANT PROBLEM AREA FROM THE GIVEN OPTIONS. THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT FOR GETTING EARLY RESOLUTION."
3. After completing point no. 2, you will get a mail/sms on your registered e-mail id and mobile no. with "TICKET NUMBER" - THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT AS THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD RESOLVE ALL THE TICKETS WHICH ARE CREATED TIMELY. The only thing is it might take some time because there are thousands of issues with many people and they have got limited resources. But rest assured that they will solve it any how.
