I filed a claim for cashless hospitalization in feb 2020. But in cashless hospitalization as well, they paid half the amount and were giving baseless excuses that they sent wrong policy and the company is bankrupt now and so on. But later when our lawyer talk to him in legal terms they agreed to pay the amount at the time of post hospitalization claim. We were okay with it.
Next month in march, we filed our post hospitalization expenses and now its being around 4 months and we didn't received any update from their team. I am chasing them via mails from past 4 months.
