Dear Team, I Already renewed my policy on 28th October 2015 and today my father is admited in Hospital so when i have to intimate that..??? i called to paramount tpa but they tell me that your policy is not renewed till date so please contact to JIO. So please give me answer on VERY URGENT Basis. I want to print my policy card also..so give me suggestion that from where i can print it. My policy details and patient details are below: Policy no- 240600/46/14/B[protected]National Insurance Compnay, Valid upto 30.10.2015) PHS ID[protected]Valid Upto 30.10.2015) JIO SA ID-024529 Patient name -Prakash P lagdiwala (Father) Admission date- 02/11/2015 Dr Name: Dr. Manish Nagpal Hospital Details: Retina Foundation and Eye Research Center AsoPalov Eye Hospital, Near the Underbridge, Old Raj Bhavan Road, Shahibaug, Ahmedabad - 380 004, Gujarat, India. Now i inform you that this mail is also for intimation of Hospitalization to you. Please intimate to Insurance company also.
