I have made payment of rs. 14813 vide transaction id[protected] through pay u money as premium amount of shravak arogyam phase 6 policy gold plan on 29/05/2016. However, till date i have not received receipt of the same. Further i have called you on contact no, provided but no reply is received. I have also mail my complaint but no reply is received till date. Please guide, how can i receive receipt of payment or else i want my money back.
