I book a ticket on 27th March from Jain app the ticket go to in processing.
Then I call customer help line they tell me to wait 20 minutes . After 20 minutes I book ticket from web site my ticket was booked but payment cut from both process. Now I want to enquire on it and solve .

So I want to refund my money .

Damage my bag by bus operator staff or stolen items money from bag .. misbehaving .. provided non ac in place of ac booking ..

As mentioned pnr no booked from Ahmedabad to pokhran for 2 tickets, but unable to cancel the ticket. Pls cancel the ticket and refund the same as per cancellation terms
