Third class services, bus 3 times failed from jodhapur to nashik within 18 hrs, over loding of passanger to earn extra ₹, hotels / bus / Tea Stall from top to bottom all are currepted, no support from Travel Company during break down, never ever Travel with jain travels ( hopeless people ), bus not even stops for toilet in Travel....

A very abusive behaviour by the person who was treating us.we went there at 8:00pm, 8 june 2022 for inquiry about the departure of Ahmedabad to jodhpur .after some conversations he started giving taunt to my father and he also started abusing my city that all rubish things are done in jodhpur.he started shouting on my family in between the crowd .a very poor and abusive response from the person .plz do action...

I Travelled in Jain Travels from Surat to Jodhpur, The Worst Services is provided by Jain Travels. They charged just double the amount but services like Dirty Coach, Worst Hotel (Drivers Personal Setting Hotel ), Worst Food at Hotel, Third Class Behaviour of Staff. I made mistake by travelling through this bus services and I am suggesting never travel in Jain Travels...

I have been dishonest here. There are neither bus nor travels that I had booked. It's very bad. We used to believe in your service but now we have to think.

I travelled from Agra to Sojat on 27 Aug 21. While boarding at Agra there was no rush in the bus but while running there were too much rush in the bus . People were sitting in gallery. There was no way to go out from bus for toilet or any other commitments. People were sitting without tickets and Conductor collecting money directly from them. Hello Sir/ Madam,
I am resident of Naroda area in Ahmedabad. The divider of NH8 coming towards Naroda Bethak Circle needs to be extended few meters. This will help to avoid traffic jam, false road crossing and accidents.

Many hospitals are also facing problems while transporting patients near the circle.

I request you to make a research and then extend the divider.

Hello sir I traveled in Jain travels bus no=0088.In this bus we buy a double sleeper for three people but they took Extra charge for 3rd person which is not fair we three are adjusting then they have no right to take extra charge because we only used our sleeper of one person use double sleeper then your company not reduce money but if three person used double sleeper they took Extra charge. I am dissatisfied with your service I will never...

Date 22/11/2020 as m travelling jodhpur to Nashik in jain travel bus ...In covid 19 situation we book special seat n special compartment ...But your driver fill so many passenger widout ticket or official seat ...we trust on your brand but in this situation no care has been taken of covid 19 An physical distance...people are sitting at ground walking area ...for more income your driver make such cheap thinks an play with life of people...so...

I have booked bus for jodhpur to Nagaur for morning . I have not seen such worst service till now. No one is there to pick the call n inform what time bus will come . Waited for 2 hour aprox. Lastly some one picked the call but responded very badly ..really pathetic service .....

I canceled the ticket due to wrong day but in what time will i get the refund (Online ticket)...
