Jain Travels — Too much rush in bus from Agra to Jodhpur

I travelled from Agra to Sojat on 27 Aug 21. While boarding at Agra there was no rush in the bus but while running there were too much rush in the bus . People were sitting in gallery. There was no way to go out from bus for toilet or any other commitments. People were sitting without tickets and Conductor collecting money directly from them. There were too much difficulties for children and ladies. No one was following covid behavior. People were sitting with reserved passenger and no one was ready to stand up .Please I will request you that there must be no difficulties for passengers who booked tickets on higher rates. And number of passenger must be seat to seat basis. Pls look in to this... thanks
