Opened on 29.12.2012, Tenure up to 28.12.2015 Please note that JP Associates has paid only 3 quarter interest during 2014-15, as below 12-Apr-14 BULK POSTING-BY CLG CHQNO: 672092 CLEARED-- 8, 526.00 24-Sep-14 BULK POSTING-BY CLG CHQNO: 072688 CLEARED-- 8, 526.00 02-Jan-15 BULK POSTING-BY CLG CHQNO: 121504 CLEARED-- 8, 526.00 The July pay out was done in September. The October payout was not done at all. Also the tax deducted was credited only for 3 quarters. Also the interest for April pay out also has not been done. Kindly take up this matter with the company.

Respected whose so ever is concerned, I Suresh Mistry had kept 29000/- INR in your company for fixed deposit on dated 19/05/2012 and the fixed deposit number is 00345975. Similarly other fixed deposits was done in the name of my wife Indira Suresh Mistry, fixed deposit of 29000/- INR of which the fixed deposit number is 00346380. But your has not yet sent the deposit amount to me so far. As I am in need of the amount please check and do the need as soon as possible.

Dear Sir, I had deposited Rs 4, 00, 000 with JaiPrakash Associates as part of their FD scheme (FDR[protected]. This matured on 6-Mar-2015, however I have not received any payments from them yet. Despite several attempts made by me to the Finance Department, I have had no luck on the repayment of the principle and the interest on my FD. Sir, On dated 29th march 2015, I saw the programme Pehredar from your Channel CNBC Awaz in which the company J.P Associate Ltd. Noida is not returning the F.D amount on the maturity of the same to the investors.The amount of the investors have been returned to them with the efforts of your channel. so congratulate to your channel's staff which broadcast the programme to give relief to the investors. It is brought to your notice that I have also invested Rs 3 Lakh in the company J.P Associated. After followup I was informed they would clear funds by 30 April 15. Now they are saying they will repay by 31st May15. Please initiate action against Jaiprakash Associates Limited and help me protect my investment.

The FD invested, vide FD receipt number 00603603 with Jaipraksh Associates Limited for Rs.50, 000/- with a maturity amount of Rs.61671 /- which matured on 21.3.2015 is yet to be refunded. The Broker for this investment is Bajaj Capital Limited, vide no.30003001....

I had deposited Rs. 40000/- vide FDR No. 00314104 dated 10/11/2011 which matured on 15/11/2014. After the completion of maturity I have sent the certificate issued by said concern for payment but three months has been passed I did non receive any feed back from there . Could you please let me know by when I will get my FD amount which got completed on 23/11/2014. The FD is in my Name Mahantesh B Jigajinni and the FD Receipt no is 00316328, Investor Code 1189917 Due date was 23/11/14. I am very much disappointed about the delay in getting my amount. I have made a Fixed deposit of Rupees 100000/- (One Lakh Only) in the name of Priya Singhal on 30.12.2011 vide cheque no 13499 with Jaiprakash Associate Limited. The allotted FDR number is 00326098. The FDR has matured on 10.01.2015. Sir, I am a house wife. My husband collected money by working since 6 o clock in morning till late night. We saved the money to save the future of our daughter, for her education. J P Assocaites Limited is not paying the matured amount back to us. We have written several mail to them and contacted them through telephone, but their response is nil. They even don’t concern to reply us. My husband tried to call them and they replied very badly and extending the payment month after month. I have immediate obligations of money and need urgently to pay admission fee of my daughter. Otherwise her admission will be cancelled. They have cheated with the investors. Please intervene to save investors interest. I am hopeful to get the positive response from our esteemed leader.
