My name is Sujata Chanda and I have invested in fixed deposit which matured on 29th March 2015. I was earlier told that the FD will be paid off by April-15 end but it didn't happen. Then I was told it will be paid by Jun end which again didnot happen. I have written many mails to the given mail ID (jal.[protected]@jalindia.co.in), but there is no response. Recently they have stopped picking the phone also. My FD Receipt No. is[protected]. Please help me sort this issue. I have two more deposits[protected] &[protected] which will me maturing next year, I am worried for them as well.

Non- receivement of Interest on F.D. Maturity amount on Rs 400000/- from 05/11/2014 to 08/06/2015. FD No. 00593115 Matured on dt. 5.11.2014 in Name of Karishma Agarwal. I have sent several reminder before but till date I have not received cheque.

Hi, My name is Poonam and I have invested in fixed deposit which matured on 12 Jan 2015. Non payment of FD Maturity Amount Hello, I had invested in the FDRs issues by Jaiprakash Associates and Jaypee Infratech company. The FDR details are as below. FDR number is 00340315 and maturity date is 16.04.2015 for Jaiprakash Associates FDR FDR Number is 29942 and maturity date is 05.05.2015 for Jaypee FDR. I did follow up with them for many times; however, i haven't received their response as well as maturity amount. Please support to get maturity amount. Thank You.

I have sent the original receipt duly discharged to their Noida Office by registered mail on 02/02/2015. But till today (18/06/2015), the maturity amount has not been received. I have reminded them by emails and phone calls on many occasions, but no response. I have also lodged complaint with CLB. Please take up with M/s. An FD in my name with below details appears to be defaulting. Jai Prakash Associated Ltd. FD no 00387692, Rs 3, 00, 000.00. Opened on 29.12.2012, Tenure up to 28.12.2015 Please note that JP Associates has paid only 3 quarter interest during 2014-15, as below 12-Apr-14 BULK POSTING-BY CLG CHQNO: 672092 CLEARED-- 8, 526.00 24-Sep-14 BULK POSTING-BY CLG CHQNO: 072688 CLEARED-- 8, 526.00 02-Jan-15 BULK POSTING-BY CLG CHQNO: 121504 CLEARED-- 8, 526.00 The July pay out was done in September. The October payout was not done at all. Also the tax deducted was credited only for 3 quarters. Also the interest for April pay out also has not been done. Kindly take up this matter with the company.

Respected whose so ever is concerned, I Suresh Mistry had kept 29000/- INR in your company for fixed deposit on dated 19/05/2012 and the fixed deposit number is 00345975. Similarly other fixed deposits was done in the name of my wife Indira Suresh Mistry, fixed deposit of 29000/- INR of which the fixed deposit number is 00346380. But your has not yet sent the deposit amount to me so far. As I am in need of the amount please check and do the need as soon as possible.

Dear Sir, I had deposited Rs 4, 00, 000 with JaiPrakash Associates as part of their FD scheme (FDR[protected]. This matured on 6-Mar-2015, however I have not received any payments from them yet. Despite several attempts made by me to the Finance Department, I have had no luck on the repayment of the principle and the interest on my FD. Their department has also stopped picking my calls as well. I sincerely request you to take it up with the company and bring them accountable for such inhumane acts. Hi My FD No 00334806 has not been refunded to me yet despite its maturity being on 6-Mar-2015. I had invested Rs 4, 00, 000 with JaiPrakash Associates. Despite making so many calls to the Finance Department from time to time i have not yet received any information.They have even stopped picking up my cellphone calls as well. Sir, On dated 29th march 2015, I saw the programme Pehredar from your Channel CNBC Awaz in which the company J.P Associate Ltd. Noida is not returning the F.D amount on the maturity of the same to the investors.The amount of the investors have been returned to them with the efforts of your channel. so congratulate to your channel's staff which broadcast the programme to give relief to the investors. It is brought to your notice that I have also invested Rs 3 Lakh in the company J.P Associated. Ltd. for the three years in the name of my wife Kusam Malhotra FDR No.[protected] dated 20/01/2013. which will be matured on the 28th Jan, 2016. Now their is a panic in my family & my self mind after knowing the facts of the company. Now we thank that the company will give the same treatment to us. when the FD will be matured. Maturity date 14 Feb 2015. maturity amount of Rs: 127600 Jaiprakash Associates Limited has not redeemed my maturity amount of Rs: 510400 and Rs 127600. It was due as of 14 Feb15. After followup I was informed they would clear funds by 30 April 15. Now they are saying they will repay by 31st May15. Please initiate action against Jaiprakash Associates Limited and help me protect my investment.

Dear Sir, I Amily Das would like to draw your kind attention regarding the deposit which I invested in Jaiprakash Associates Ltd. I had deposited Rs. 40000/- vide FDR No. 00314104 dated 10/11/2011 which matured on 15/11/2014. After the completion of maturity I have sent the certificate issued by said concern for payment but three months has been passed I did non receive any feed back from there . Could you please let me know by when I will get my FD amount which got completed on 23/11/2014. The FD is in my Name Mahantesh B Jigajinni and the FD Receipt no is 00316328, Investor Code 1189917 Due date was 23/11/14. I am very much disappointed about the delay in getting my amount. I did called several time on the no 0120/4609000,[protected], however every time I got the false assurance, I was promised that I will get my check at the end of March 2015, however till date I havent got the check. Please look into this matter on high priority.

Dear Sir/Madam, My FD Receipt number is 00326216 and my investor's code is 1197010. I was registered under the cumulative scheme and the due date for my Fixed deposit was 17.01.2015. Due to some reasons the company delayed the payment and I have received the said amount of Fixed deposit i.e 145220 rs in April 2015. I have made a Fixed deposit of Rupees 100000/- (One Lakh Only) in the name of Priya Singhal on 30.12.2011 vide cheque no 13499 with Jaiprakash Associate Limited. The allotted FDR number is 00326098. The FDR has matured on 10.01.2015. Sir, I am a house wife. My husband collected money by working since 6 o clock in morning till late night. We saved the money to save the future of our daughter, for her education. J P Assocaites Limited is not paying the matured amount back to us. We have written several mail to them and contacted them through telephone, but their response is nil. They even don’t concern to reply us. My husband tried to call them and they replied very badly and extending the payment month after month. I have immediate obligations of money and need urgently to pay admission fee of my daughter. Otherwise her admission will be cancelled. They have cheated with the investors. Please intervene to save investors interest. I am hopeful to get the positive response from our esteemed leader.
