My name is Saurabh and working as software engineer. I am buyer of flat (1280 sqft) in Jaypee Kosmos. All the buyers of Jaypee Wishtown are feeling cheated due to huge delay in project and additional demand of money for increasing area, service tax and delay penalty. People purchase flat with wish to get multiple things in package but it goes destroy when builder start playing. I want to highlight few points below.

1. Project Delay - I purchased resale flat (1280 sqft, JP Kosmos, Sec 134 Noida) in Oct 2012 with the hope that this is Ready to Move property which was started in Dec 2009 and projected to complete by Dec 2012. But, my own house dreams ruined by waiting since now. I received possession letter in Feb 2015 end, but there was no date was mentioned for possession and also included additional area charges of INR 3 lacs (around) which was heart attack for me. I asked these questions in JP office but they don’t have any information of possession dates and I also checked my flat where I found below problems in flat but they are asking money for possession.
a. No electricity wiring
b. No toilet seat, sink, taps etc.
c. Poor quality and bend doors which is not possible to close.
d. No wooden shutter doors (Mentioned in papers)
e. Poor quality wall paint
f. Ground floor area is untidy and open steel rods used to cover plant which is harmful to play for child.
g. Building outer paint is very bad and looks an old building.

2. Additional demand of money for increasing super area – I asked for additional demand to JP office and as per them area get change post completion and I can verify with Noida Authority. It feels cheated and shows fraud strategy of JP to make fool to common people. They are not even ready to measure with some authorized person. They have increased super area about 8% and asking about INR 3 lacs additional money which does not look fair.

3. Service Tax – Service tax was not levied in year 2009 when people purchased this property but as per govt rules in year 2012, buyer need to pay service tax about 1.2 lacs which additional burden on people.
This is all very heart breaking and sleepless but I feels other buyers were also feeling similar thoughts. I am helpless to handle such situation and no direction that what I should do.

My Wife Smt. Neelam deposited Rs. 40000/ and Rs. 50000/ in FDR no. 00318989 and 00318990 in 23.11.2011 for three years. Since last 3.5 months, continue follow, 100s of mail given, in month of nov 14 got one reply payment will be released shortly after no reply recieved. I have invested in fd of jaiprakash limited for rs.2, 00, 00 and rs.1, 50, 000 . Fd no. 519089 and 519090 . both the fd matured oon 20.9.14 . For which i have sent application on 16/09/2014 in original and also many email and phone call to company. They replied to give earliest. But, till date I have not received. Kindly do needful. 06 Feb 2015. Now company is suggesting that i will get amount after 03 month. I really dont know how to manage this issue. I have seen few shows of yours, in which based on your discussion with company, small customers are getting proper feedback.

Hi friends a sum of Rs. 5 lakes have been invested in Jaiprakash associates as fixed deposit. The mature deposit duly discharged has been forwarded to the company on 27.10.14 and till now they have remitted the proceeds. Sir, I have done fixed deposit in JAIPRAKASH ASSOCIATES LIMITED on 16/11/2011 for 3 years and is matured on 16/11/2014. My FD no is 00314085. But till now I have not received the maturity amount.I have mail and contact so many times to the company but no satisfactory answer given by them. I am getting so many finencial problem due to that.

FDR#00316318 has matured date:23.11.2014 for amount Rs.1Lac. Till date (Feb-2015), I have not received maturity amount. So many mail has written and phone calls however result is nill.


Now-a-days even JP offcial don't answer the call. Please suggest a way forward.

I am a senior citizen and invested in two FDs of Jaiprakash Associates Limited with FDR No. 0324875 and 0324877. Maturity date was 17th December 2014. I had posted these FDs on 14th December and expected maturity amount. But till now I had not received maturity amount. I am living in deep financial crises and need your help in providing the maturity. I had made call to them many time, but no one is responding. Pleases convey on my behalf that my maturity amount must be paid within seven days otherwise I will take legal action. Maturity amount must be paid with Interest till date of dispatch of cheque.

My fixed deposit number 00324269 with maturity value of Rs. 36, 305 matured for payment on 4 January 2015. The duly discharged deposit receipt was sent through Bajaj Capital on 22 December 2014. To, Jaiprakash associates limited, Sector 128 noida 201 304, up Dear Sir, i have already sent you Original Fixed deposit receipt, fd receipt no 00428336deposit date. 10.08.2013, amount invested Rs.39000/- in the name of DILLIPKUMAR BISWAL to Close the FDR A/C. Its Maturity date is 9th August, 2014which is already left, Maturity amount is 43730/- with no TDS to be deducted.tilldate I have not received the maturity amount.
