1. I am a serving Colonel in INDIAN ARMY, presently posted in Punjab Sector closer to Borders and due to my service commitments, I am not able to physically come to your office to explain my problem. I request you to please help me and guide me to resolve my undermentioned problem.

2. I have booked a flat in Jaypee Greens Sports City, East Sector 22 B, Naturvue Apartments unit reference Number 46825/388023/ NA104A0204 in August 2013.

3. The further details of the flat are as under :-

(b) Address : C/o Surender Kumar Malik (Advocate), House No 770/1, Civil Lines South, Muzaffarnagar UP 251001.

4. As per Provisional Allotment letter No 46825/388023/NA104A0204 dated 24 August 2013 and ANNEXURES I/II/III/IV/V, I have paid Rs 12, 15, 124/- as on date, as per the requirement of the builder.

5. I am trying to contact the officials and representatives of Jaypee Greens Sports City via letters and telephone numbers available to me since 1 year. Till date I have received no response from the Builder, neither in writing nor via mails or the contact numbers.

6. You are requested to please help me out in refund of my hard earned money from Jaypee Greens Sports City Authorities.

      I had invested 400, 000/- ( four lacs ) in Jaiprakash Associates on[protected] cumulative, maturing on[protected]. FDR No. 00369132. The Company asked to send the original receipt before the due date, which I had sent to them. And they acknowledged the same.

      The company sent me a letter informing that the Company Law Board has granted them extension for repayment of the outstanding Deposits upto[protected].

      After this date has passed without any repayment to me, I sent the company a few e mails, but the Company never replied to a single one.

      This is my retirement savings money. I am approaching 80 and would like to get my money invested with accumulated interest to help me tide over with my daily expenses. PLEASE HELP. AND THANK YOU.

        And the full cost what so ever will be incurred in case filing and lawyer fee will be recovered from M/s Jaypee Group only.

          A series of complain lodged with company and with Dr. Manoj Gaur, Exe-Chairman, CEO & MD. Initialy send one qtr, interest, then stopped.

                I have renewed my fd with jpassociates on 22. O5.13 and demanded payment on maturity. I have submitted fd receipts to their office personally requesting payment with interest. They verbally assured to make payment latest by 31st march 2017 but they have failed to their commitment.
                I request you to take necessary action so that payment is made to a senior citizen like me who depends on such investment.

                my fdr number 00398565 got matured on 28 jan 2016 i sent original fdr receipt to company but not received maturity amount, can you please help on this please find attachment

                For 2 lakh rupees matured 9/10/2015. Discharged the certificate but yet receive the amount with delayed interest. Had also requested by letter thorough Bajaj Capital, agent to process it under distress consideration. Let me know when would I get the money.

                    The fd amount of rs.51, 000/- has been renewed on29/10/[email protected]%, in the joint name of ratna banerjee & arun kumar banerjee.
                    Since long it is not paying any interest, nor refunding the principal amount.

                    So many complain lodged to dr, manoj gaur, exe. Chairman, ceo & md via email. Initially after complain got onemonths interest on february'2016, then again it has been stopped till date, and not receiving any responce, after so many reminder.

                        I am yet to receive the maturity proceeds (Principal + interest for last two quarters) of two fds (Each of inr 1 lakh) entered into on 17.11.12 and matured on 16.11.2015.

                        Despite several phone calls and emails over the last year, we are yet to receive any response from the company.

                        I am a non-pensioner retired government official and had invested in the fds as an investment.

                        I understand that i am not the only aggrieved person and there are many others who are yet to receive similar maturity proceeds and therefore urge the requisite authorities to take cognizance and help us receive the due maturity proceeds with interest as soon as possible.

                          Dear sir,
                          On 11.07.2012, i have invested
                          1) rs. 100000/- for one year, maturity value 112000/-
                          2) rs. 100000/- for two years, maturity value 127600/-
                          3) rs. 200000/- for three years, maturity value 290440/-
                          On completion of one year i was advised to reinvest my one year fd back, so i reinvested it for 3 three years with maturity amount 162646/-
                          Till today i have not received any response of my mail to them or my money back.
                          Please advise what should i do.

                          Till now i have submitted them the fd receipts for maturity year 2014, 2015. I do not have any proof of the submission. I only have photos of those receipts in pdf format which i can't attach here. I will attach the remaining receipt with this complain.

                            My fd receipt no 00568579 investor code 1093915 scheme cumulative due date 26.10.2015. I have not received my maturity till date. On contacting they say that company will pay back but every time they extend their date from time to time.. I invested 30000 on 26.10.2012 for 36 months. My broker rr investors retail services pvt. Ltd. Code number 3022001.
                            Kindly arrange for payment of my hard earned money.

                                Rs. 6, 11, 000/- fd wide receipt no. 00582669 deposited on 9/6/13 renewal fdr no. Jal[protected] and matured on 8/6/2016

                                The above fd matured on 8/6/2016 and we have not yet received our fixed deposit. Two letters sent by registered post have neither been actioned nor acknowledged.

                                Request for the fd with interest accrued to be repaid on priority basis on compassionate grounds. The amount matured was blocked for the education of my elder son and now its the need of the hour.

                                Appreciate if the concerned authorities prioritise my case and arrange repayment asap.

                                  I have invested through bajaj capital for the jaiprakash infra fd a sum of 2, 00, 00. I have been guaranteed 12.5% return and my fd has matured on march 9th - 2016. I am yet to receive the principal + interest till date. All calls to jaypee and bajaj capital have gone in vain. Bajaj capital the investor company has made it clear to reach out to jaypee directly. Even though i have invested thru bajaj capital, they owe no responsibility in getting the money returned. And with jaypee whenever you call, you always get a new date. This has been happening for more then 1 year now.

                                  सर मैंने 01.02.2013 को रू 5, 00000 36 माह के लिए FD पर जमा किये हैं जिसका interest इसकी Maturity date 31.01.2016 थी किन्तु मुझे अभी तक Maturity AMOUNT नहीं दिया गया है ।कृपया इस पर कारवाई करे । Thanks

                                  सर मैंने 01.02.2013 को रू 5, 00000 36 माह के लिए FD पर जमा किये हैं जिसका interest इसकी Maturity date 31.01.2016 थी किन्तु मुझे अभी तक Maturity AMOUNT नहीं दिया गया है ।कृपया इस पर कारवाई करे । Thanks

                                  With reference to your query regarding your FD investment, we understand the concerns of your good self and deeply regret for the inconvenience caused. Bajaj Capital is taking the best possible efforts on your behalf. We assure your strong follow up from our side.

                                  There was an important Newspaper Article (Times of India dtd 18th April 2017 – Page No: 19) regarding the Fixed Deposit payments of the company, in which the company is assuring FD payments shortly.

                                  We also wish to inform you that the Company has approached Hon’ble NCLT for extension of time for repayment of outstanding deposits.
                                  The subject matter was also listed before NCLT, Allahabad on 30 May for consideration on the issue of extension in making repayment to the deposit holders. The matter has been adjourned to 30/06/17 and the time has been extended till then to JP Associates to make the payments. Since courts are closed due to summer vacation, there is no staff at NCLT, Allahabad .

                                    This is regarding: fixed deposit vide receipt number 00342060. Fd matured in 25th april 2015. Since then i have been following up (Which means i am following up since 2 years) but nothing hasn't been done so far. They are so unprofessional that they don't even reply to my emails. I have tried everything possible but they just wouldn't reply. Please help me out urgently as i am in urgent need of money.

                                      My fixed deposit receipt no. 00349215 has been matured on 9th may 2015. But after no. Of reminders i have not received neither principal nor interest.

                                      I have sent the duly discharged receipt and reminders many times. Jp office staff is not responding properly.

                                      Have some shame and arrange to send the money immediately
