Dear sir,

I had deposited rs 30000.00 against fdr nos.[protected]Investor code:1220143) to company fd scheme (Cumulative) on date 10.10.2012 which going to matured on date 10/10/2015 for rs.43566.00. I am already submitted my fixed deposit documents to company through my broker who had done my fd at the time of maturity date. But till now i am not received of my fd maturity amount not any information from the company end when i get my fd maturity amount after passing more than one & half years.

Kindly do the needful for reimbursement of my fd maturity amount as earliest because i needed amount some urgency in my personal life. Document scan copy attached.

I created a fd with jp that matured in nov'15. I submitted all the required documents through my agent "moneyhoney" to jp. However haven't received my maturity amount till date. Tried to contact jp over phone... No response... Wrote emails... Received intermittent response that my amount with interest would come soon. Nothing received yet. Please help

I have kept two fds in my wife's name. Both have matured in 2015. But jaiprakash associates have not refunded the money, they are not responding to my communications. Fds are in the name "of kusumalaya handique" address : 1/1, g - 4, creek view society, sector - 22, koperkhairane, navi mumbai - 400 709. Mobilre - [protected] / [protected].

Had book a studio apartment in Buddha circuit phase 1 in April 2013 and paid about 8 lac till Aug-2013. Since then there is no response from their side.
On contacting no. Of times they have send me a email for refunding the money along with 12% interest till the date of payment and total time frame for refund would be 15 months.
I have submitted the required documents in April 2017 and waiting..

I have invested 2.86 lac in a fixed deposit of jaiprakash associates ltd and they have issued fdr no. 00572641 which was valid from 22.02.2013 to 21.02.2016 and to be matured on 21.02.2016

The date of maturity was 21.02.2016, but even after sending all required papers long back through agent, the payment of maturity amount of fixed deposit not received.
I request them to deposit the maturity amount in same bank, same name, same account which is available with them. Please help me earliest and take strong action against them.

With reference to above subject our FDR No. 00432856 and 00433524 had matured on December 2016. Also refer our request sent via email on[protected] from Mrs.kala Joshi. There has been no payment against the matured FD yet. Also we did not receive any response on the email communication.

We also request you to intimate us the date by which payment will be released.

Pl. consider the above request as a 1st written notice for the disbursement of payment against above FDR & we need your reply on the e-mail.

I invest 45000rs in jaiprakas asso. Ltd on 02/02/2103 for 03 year at 12.50% fdr no-0042854,
Maturity date 02/02/2016, maturity amount 65349rs.
Till to date i am not received my repaymeny,
There is no any reply about fdr payment.

I also invest 45000 rs in jepee infra. Tech ltd. On 04/02/2013 for 03 year at 12.50 % fdr no-58977
Maturity date 04/02/2016, maturity amount 65349
I only received interest amount 20349 rs
Teel principal amount and delay payment amount no rececived.
They are also not reply for payment.
O you are requested to do needful for the same

Maturity date 02/02/2016, Maturity Amount 65349Rs.
till to date I am not received my repaymeny,
there is no any reply about fdr payment.

I ALSO Invest 45000 Rs in jepee infra. tech ltd. on 04/02/2013 for 03 year at 12.50 % FDR No-58977

i only received interest amount 20349 rs
steel principal amount and delay payment amount no rececived.
they are also not reply for payment.

Have marked several mails them but no response.

Now I want my money back with 12 % interest.

I have booked a flat with Jaypee in August 2011 for 32 lakhs.
At that time Jaypee promised to deliver the flat in 2014.
And this is 2017 and still there is no action.
I have taken a loan and I paying the installment every month.
I am not rich who can pay this much amount every month and pay the rent as well.
I request you to please help me in this case.

Updated by mohit thhakur I have booked a flat with Jaypee Aman 2 in Jaypee Aman, Sector 151, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201310 in August 2011 for 32 lakhs.
At that time Jaypee promised to deliver the flat in 2014.
And this is 2017 and still there is no action.
I have taken a loan and I paying the installment every month.
I am not rich who can pay this much amount every month and pay the rent as well.

I, sweta roy, have been spending anxious time since the last october 2015. Why the government is not doing anything for such a fraudulent involvement? Jaiprakash associates is not making the payment nor giving any schedule for refund.
I want to know when would it be paid back?
The ipc must do something against this. The slogan "swachh bharat" must not mean only for cleaning of roads and making sanitary arrangement, but also must say about the removal of corruption and dirt from human nature. Who will treat these cheats siphoning money from common people?
Is anything going to happen or i will go to the court for obtaining the justice to get rid of this pain?

This complaint box must not play a misleading role and my effort must not go in vain.

I have booked flat in 2011. And not yet received any possession details. Jaypee still not clarify that when they are going to give us the possession. My EMI is also going. I want my whole money back from jaypee with interest. Or please tell me the solution how to get our money back from jaypee.

Please refer to my earlier mail regarding the three deposits with you that matured in 2015.

There has been no reply to my mail nor any action taken to the many telephone calls made to your office.
Please arrange to pay at the earliest my principal amount with interest till date.

Here are the details of my deposits.

1.FDR No. 00550544 for Rs. 50, 000 matured on 4.11.2015

2 FDR No. 00550543 for Rs. 50, 000 matured on 4.11.2015

3. FDR No. 00378392 for Rs. 50, 000 matured on 20.11. 2015

I will wait a month and take legal action.

We had invested Rs500000 with Jaiprakash Associates in the year 2013 we were promised 12%interest and maturity in year 2016May the company has defaulted in their payment of the principle amount of Rs500000 as well as the interest amount We are retired people living on interest It will be a shock to us if we do not receive the amount of Rs500000 we sincerely hope good sense prevails on jaiprakash Associates to give themoney back to the hapless retail investors like us

Non-receipt of maturity amount - i have fd of rs.20000/- vide fdr no.00555928 dated 24/11/2012 due on 24/11/2015. Original fdr have been deposited personally by me at fd department, noida on 05 oct 2015. Order of company law board/national company law tribunal (Clb/nclt) dated 17.06.2016 to grant extension of time to repay the amount to the depositors on or before 31.03.2017 but till dated payment is not received.

We have fix deposit with Jaiprakash Associates dated 07/Nov/12 for 36 months for the amount of Rs 30, 000 which was due on 06/Nov/15.

After emailing and filing so many complaints we have still not received our money nor we have received any proper reply...

Please if anyone can take actions against it and get the investors like us money released it would be great help..
