Dear Sir, Madam, My plot registry was done on 10th Feb 2017 at Sub Registrar Mojmabad by Builder Avani Real Tech Pvt Ltd which was operated by Mr Vikas Sharma his mobile [protected]. It is been 9 years Possession letter not received, without that registry is of no use. I paid 863850/- as cost of the land to Mr Vikas Sharma and Rs 45930/- towards the registry fee, i.e. Total = Rs 909780/-. I find this as a fraud, cheating people, can you JDA help me recover the cost with 25% as penalty // harrasment from the Builder. As per the information we found, currently he is operating with a different name NARSAVA BUILDERS now and maybe cheating people like me. I am enclosing the 3 pages for your ready reference as well Hope to get a help and supporting from JDA. Mar 20, 2026 Updated by abhijit_ghosh Dear Sir, Madam, I had booked a plot with Avani which was being operated by Mr Vikas Sharma Mobile [protected] and made a payment of Rs 2, 10, 000/- but dispite following up with Mr Vikas Sharma have not received the plot and trying for a refund from him but even the refund also not received Can JDA help me in getting Rs 2, 10, 000/- plus 25% as penalty. Came to know that Mr Vikas Sharma is operating under a different name NARSAVA BUILDERS in Jaipur and maybe cheating people. Regards, Abhijit Ghosh [protected]
