As above mentioned subject, i am resident of mahesh nagar c-block, near jda ground, 80 fit road, near of my house c326 & 328 have made illegal encroachments in front of their houses. Due to this we suffered to pass from there.
I humble requested to you please make some necessary action for remove encroachments from there. I will be very grateful to you.

Sir,
I am living in jda approved colony and we are facing the problem related to sewage and the buffelo dung. This is all because of some people living nearby having their dairy. They have around hundred of buffaloes and they throw their dungs in a plot in our colony. Because of this bad smell and lots of mosquitoes are in our colony.
We have complained earlier but not proper action was taken, it's my kind request to you to kindly take a serious action against them.

I leave in shyam colony jodala power house.in this colony road is break last 3 year when sewage line making. Then after not yet build road here, in colony path way rain water block and any people can not walk carefully because way is zic zak.
So sir please take action for making road in my colony

My name is harish upadhya... Living in city named jaipur...In manglam city kalwar road.. This township is fully approved by jda. Almost 400 flats are here... But govnt. Is not providing any facility.. No water supply.. No roads.. No street light... No safety... They are taking 6% registry charges.. But not giving a single facility... Plzz guide wat to do... V on our expensives fitting the road light.. Than wat is the need of this govmt.

As i mentioned in the subject regarding my complaint..actually what really happens is our road construction was on the process n some JCB machines are working on it ..At a time one of the JCB machine got struck wid our wall n our our totally get damaged n damaging cost is about of 15000 Rs.. After a discussion with Contractor , he agress to rebulit our wall in 2 days but its about a 20 days .he has not repaired the wall even after my many complaints to him.now his work is going to complete in 4-5 days then he will leave that area.

So i want to know how to solve this problem

Subject: Request for arranging Camp for S.B.B.J. Officer’s Colony of Zone B-5 during present drive of regularization of colonies.
Sir
Your kind attention is drawn that, S.B.B.J. Officer’s Colony is a Technically approved colony of JDA and situated beyond the notified boundaries of Prithviraj Nagar Scheme, Jaipur, as per the Map of the Prithviraj Nagar Scheme available on the website of JDA on date but due to some confusion on part of JDA, its camp for regularization has not been arranged from last 25 years.
The facts of the case are as follows:
(I) The S.B.B.J. Officer’s Colony, New Sanganer Road, which is situated on Khasra No29/203 and 29/219 of village Manayavas (Nandkishorpura), is a technically approved colony of Zone-5 of JDA, vide its resolution No.31.1 dated 17-8-84 and its land has been converted for residential purpose. The Map of Sector-5 available on the website of JDA on date, indicates its position


(II) Though these Khasrs i.e. 29/203 & 29/219 of village Manayavas (Nandkishorpura) are far away from the notified boundaries of Prithviraj Nagar, but by “mistake” of JDA officials only, these Khasrs were also listed along with the land, going to be acquired for Prithviraj Nagar at that point of time and notices under Section 4 and 6 were issued for this land by “mistake”, in spite of objections raised by the colonizer of this colony.

(III) The Government of Rajasthan did not approve the award of Khasra No 29/203 & 29/219 of village Manayanas (Nandkishorpura) vide its letter No.6(15)/NaViVi /87 dated 29/6/91, therefore no payment, pertaining to this land, was made to either the land lord or deposited in any court till date.


(IV) On request of the S.B.B.J. Officer’s colony Development Society for arranging Camp for this colony, the Secretary JDA, consultation with the then Commissioner, JDA ordered an “on the spot survey” of the land of S.B.B.J. Officer’s Colony by a team of Senior Officers, comprising of DC, Zone C-1 (now zone-8; PNR), DC, Zone B-1 (now zone-5) and Addition Commission (Land Conversion), to identify its location with respect to Prithviraj Nagar.


(V) The team of these three officers, along with necessary staff members of both the zones visited the site on 18th April 2001 and submitted their report to the Commissioner JDA through Secretary JDA on 24th April 2001.


(VI) The report, which was accepted by the then Commissioner JDA, mentioned:

(a) “----- on first sight the process of acquisition of land (of S.B.B.J. Officer’s Colony) for Prithviraj Nagar is wrong.-----“

(b) “ ---- It will be justified to take the decision to regularize this colony.”


The Hon’ble Minister o[censored]rban Development Department accepted these facts in 13th Rajasthan Vidhan Sabha ,while replying to an un-stared question No. 5131 on 30.03.2012 and placed the report of the committee on the floor of house.


Under the light of above facts, it is requested to implement the decision taken by the then Commissioner JDA, long back, for arranging the camp of this S.B.B.J. Officer’s Colony, which is situated well beyond the notified boundaries of Prithvirar Nagar as per the documents and Maps placed on the website of JDA as well as ground reality.
Due to mistake of JDA officials only, and afterwards their constant misleading statements to their superiors, to prevent them for taking a correct decision in “public interest”, the poor residents of this colony, most of them are senior citizens and retired officers from Bank / Government, are forced to suffer and live in a “slum” like situation from last 30 years, by depriving them from their “human right” to live in a dignified manner.

Road Conditions of JAWAHAR NAGAR are worst from 1 year.

The Jawahar Nagar petrol pump road is bad from many days.Many accidents has happend on that road Rajasthan Government (Congress) is doing nothing they are just increasing the prices of the daily routines item and enjoying the public money which comman man is paying through tax to goverment and CONGRESS govt is doing nothing.

I request GHELOT SARKAR to please take care of the public becoz if public can give them power they can take back also all your power.

I HAVE SUBMITTED THE APPLICSTION FOR NAME TRANSFERRING OF PLOT ON 6TH OF JULY AND JDA GAVE ME 21ST OF JULY AS DUE DATE AND IN BETWEEN I WENT THERE EVERYDAY TO CHECK THE STATUS BUT ACTUALLY ON 28TH OF JULY THEY GAVE ME LETTER MENTIONING THAT THEY WONT BE ABLE TO TRANSFER NAME BECAUSE THEY HAVE SOME CASE WITH COURT, BUT WHEN THEY KNEW ALL THIS THEN WHY THEY ACCEPTD MY FILE AND THEY WASTED MY TIME AND ENERGY I HAVE ALL THE PAPERS, HOW CAN THEY DO THIS WITH THE CONSUMER. PLEASE HELP ME OUT I AM REALLY FED UP.
I HAVE GOT ADMISSION IN NEWZEALAND AND I WANTED TO TAKE LOAN BUT I NEED POPERIES PAPER MY CLASSES ARE ALREADY STARTED THERE PLEASE HEP SOME ONE .
