In roop Vihar colony A lady bread many dogs in her house approx 7-8 dogs, and whenever i crosed her house all the dogs runing behind me and barking a lot, They poop in front and Bark a lot on everyone. all the nabourhoods are affaired from them. plz take a strickt action against the issue. Threaten children of the society. Kindly take strict action against them. They have pathetic condition. We want you to take strict action ASAP.
