I had enrolled myself mba program in jan 2017. Payment in full done and received books. Now exam was due on july but no news. When inquired with sandeep and varsha in pune they told dates will come soon. But till date nothing. Now they are not receiving any calls. Their online tool also not working. Kindly help me with what step is to be taken.

How do you mark a complaint resolved when its not.
Please refer my complaint and verify who and what action taken to resolve it?
Also earlier I have sent multiple emails and made lots of phone call to their customer support but no response since last two weeks .
Now it becomes serious issue and I am doubting about your existance .
Looks like you guys closed the operations and ran away with all student money.
Definitely we need to know the real story behind this and make some resolution as soon as possible.

I have enrolled for mba in jaipur national university in october 2016. My student id is [protected]. I have already submitted all assignments also but still waitig for exams.

There is no communications from universuty about exams.

I have joined the university from july 2016 paid all the enrollment fees in 1 time and exams fees total of around 50k, till date (Today is[protected] its more then an year now and there is no exams from the university conducted, all the students who joined din the year 2016 got stuck with there payments and no exams are conducted till now. When we call the university there is no answer from them, also there is no email replies of the same.

I enrolled in jaipura national universtiy in november 2016 and pain full fees of 32000 rs. They teld me that they will take the exam in february then they did not take exam in february even not take an exam in august 2017 now they told that they will take exam in december yet not any declaration. Many times i mail them to cancel my registration but they donot take any steps and dont given back my fees. Please take some steps agains them and help me to back my fees

I have taken admission to bba from jnu in 2016. They said exams will be on jan 2017, again the date changed to august. Again to october 2015. They displayed a message mentioning they will announce the date before october 25 2017.
But till 30th october the message is showing same. This is completely cheating

Also when I open up the home page of their web site http://www.jnujprdistance.com/ at 10:15 AM IST, I see their chat service also offline. This I have been noticing since last one week and I am really concerned about their existence now. Please help us .

I have tried to contact via all your default methods, i have tried all your phone numbers and emails, 99% no responses... By chance, any one person picks my call and when i say to solve my problem, they are saying to email (I already sent emails).
My problem is related to your work schedule... One and half year ago i have enrolled in your distance learning program, but i haven't given my 1st exam yet.

Now i want a full refund which i have paid to you. Please do it before declaring your dates because now i cannot go forward with you. Your whole staff is irresponsible and not responding always. Time is now over and i cannot attend your exams.

I tousif kamal siddiqui had taken an admission in your university as 2013, my enrollment no. Was [protected]. I inform you that when i had taken admission for mba (Jnu) + pgd (Mit) as dual certification, then they told me there are no any hidden charges in the future. This is lump sum amount which would be paid by one time. As per previously mail, i had deposite lump sum amount in one time by debit card. Now there are still pending my mba certificate from last two years. Now you demand for extra money as rs2000/- for certification. So i want say clearly that i am unable to pay for extra money for that. I request to you that please take an action immediately.

I enrolled in jnu jaipur and passed my mba energy management in the last semester ended april 2017. It is now, 4 months passed but no confirm date for sending the marksheet.
There were 2 websites of jaipur national university and one is fake, who regularly enrol students. All these ugc violation happening with the full support of original university. I send several mails, / tweets but no satisfaction answer in this regard. I alert, all promising students to avoid taking admission in this university as it's genuineness is in question.

I got admission for mba (Pgd+mba) degree in july 2016. Its exams was supposed to conduct in dec.2017, but there was no intimation from university side. I called in dec.2016 to know about the exam dates but they only asked me deposit the 2nd installment, and asked that the exam dates will be declared in dec end, but the 2nd installment fee is to be deposit immediately. I did the same but still there is no idea when the exams to be conduct. I had already lost my one year and fee 50000/- till date.

I had completed my mba-operation management course in june-july 2014 which result was declared in aug-2014 itself. After sending e-mails and many reminders, university send my final mark-sheet in january 2016. Later on in february 2016, i have received one application form from university/uts, it was told to fill it and send to university to issue degree certificate. On 24th feb 2016, i have sent that application form along with self attested copies of mark-sheets and dd of rs.750/- through registered post. Again in august they had informed that dd validity has expired then i have send a new dd no. 063468 of rs.750/- dt.:23/08/2016 with validity of three months, along with fresh application form for obtaining final degree certificate along with self attested copies of mark-sheets. But, degree certificate is still not provided by university.

I have taken an admission in jaipur national university for distance mba in august 2016. They have collected the complete fee of 55, 000 inr and promised me that can appear for my first semester exam in march 2017, later they have informed me that you are not eligible to write the exam in march 2017 and the same will be conducted in august 2017. But till now no update and all the numbers are given are not working, counselors' numbers are...

It's my painfull to infrom you that, last year i got admitted in this university under mba-it distance learning but not have got any update for exam whenever the installment payment time comes some of executives call and asking for the payment clearance, i also cleared my installment still there is no such suppport the the university,

I'm feeling that i have been cheated from this university (Jnujprdistance.com). I had taken admission on sept-2016 (Student id: [protected]) where information provided that 1st sem exam is on january to march, when these months came they taken full course charge (R. S 60000) but did not allow to seat for the exam. After that i have called so many time in university, they received call and told 'now there is no information regarding my exam'. Now it is already 11 months to go but till i have been not allowed to attained the any exam and when i saw exam update in their website just before few days, i started to call in your university, from that day i have called more than 350 times in various number mentioned in your web page but you did not received a single call and from last few day they makes all their either switch off or busy.
Now this is my request to you kindly look into the matter as they have cheated a lot of money. They are doing fraud business in the name of education.
