Good day,

I am sunil sharma from mumbai.
I have completed my mba from jnu on august-2015.

I have not received my 1st semester marksheet from jnu.
I am following up for the same from last 3 years but no response from the university.
So i request you to please provide me the 1st sem. Marksheet on urgent basis.

Otherwise i ahve to take the legal actions now.

I called a person from the life science department to know the result. Such an # he was that he dont know that nowadays results are stored in database. He was from stone age telling me that you have to come to them to know the result. Also they dont have manners at all. What they are going to teach the students. I am also a student o[censored]niversity and i can know my result anytime. First of all they dont provide the result on the internet. And when we talk to the concerned department all they talk in utter #. Please dont admit your children in this crap university.

I am coming back to this forum to complain against jaipur national university. I know no one from the university even bothers to read these comments. For semester 2, i was charged 9000 inr as exam fees in addition to the 59000 inr which was paid during admission. The charge was so called "nri" fee as i was giving the exam from abroad. The nri exam fee per semester is supposed to be 3000 inr. Since i was charged 9000, this should have included the fees for all the remaining semesters. Looks like that is not the case.

No one in the customer support has any idea about the fee structure. There is no way to contact the management as well. The customer support representatives disconnect calls when we try to escalate the issue. Also there is no response to the emails and chats. The only thing this institute does with efficiency is enrolling students and deactivating their accounts in case of delay in fee payment.

If making money was their only motive, why did they start an institute. They should have sold matchboxes instead.

I am trapped as i have paid the fees upfront and i have to make recurring payments just to get the course completed. There is no way out. All students planning to get a distance mba degree, beware of fraudsters like jaipur national university. This is my second complaint. Hope they take required steps to ensure that others don't have the same experience as me.

With regard to subject, i would like to draw your kind attention, since i take admission in JNU from distance in 2015 the are not assisting and keep asking money from me, as i paid 3 installament and remaining onnly 1 installment but the suspend my account due to 1installment only and not allow for 3rd semester exam, i only attend 2 semester exam but i paid 3 installment of total fees.

Kindly assist me in this regard, how to dealt with them, they are not copreating me,

I have taken admission in jaipur national uUniversity sodel.they haven't conducted exams this year and there is no response from them whether they will conduct the exam or not.now i get to know that there are two sites of this University of distance education n both r affiliated but the syllabus modules r completely different .kindly resolve my query

मैने सितम्बर 2016 में jnujprdistance.com पर BSc (CS) सेमेस्टर परीक्षा में 26000 रुपये देकर ऑनलाइन एडमिशन लिया था किन्तु मेरी प्रथम सेमेस्टर की परीक्षा आज दिनांक 05 जून 2017 तक नहीं हुई है। जिसकी सिकायत हेतु मैने उक्त यूनिवर्सिटी की वेबसाइट jnujprdistance.com पर दर्ज फोन नम्बर पर सम्पर्क करने की कोशिश की तो कोई रिस्पान्स प्राप्त नही हुआ। फिर मैने jnujaipur.ac.in पर सम्पर्क किया तो उन्होने कहा कि आपका रजिस्ट्रेशन नम्बर ([protected]) गलत है एवं उक्त बेवसाइट फ्राड है।

अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि उक्त के सम्बंध में उचित कार्यवाही करने एवं मेरे रुपये वापस दिलवाने की कृपा करें।

I applied for Jaipur National University in April 2017 for B.A. English Honours. At that time they claimed 1100 rupees as registration as well entrance charges. For a month their was no notification of any kind for the entrance test.
Whenever I checked the website it said that my application is under process in the ADMIT CARD section.
And when I called on their helpline number to ask about what was going on they said that no such entrance is organised for English honours and that admissions for the same occur on the basis of merit (class 12th marks). They said that it must have occured by error and that it was just a registration fee. And now, they have started hoarding money in the name of Early Bird Registration.
Yet another registration? What about the earlier one?
All this university wants to do, is hoard money. Shame on you as an educational institute.

I want my migration certificate as i completed my m. A in english. To take admission in b. Ed they are asking migration certificate now. But official website mentions migration certificate with dd rs 600 but the form which has to be despatched to the address o[censored]niversityis not available. How do i arrange my migration certificate form now. Is it a plain application is to be sent now??...

Degree certificate was not provided even after 2 years after completing the degree

My name is Rajesh M Nair and my Student ID with JNU (Jaipur National University) is [protected] and my enrollment date was 30-Jun-2013 I have completed my course PGD + MBA in IT Management (MITSDE + JNU) on Aug 2015 and i still didn't get the certificates . I received mark list for my second semester which i completed on June 2014 on 25 th october which is after 1 year and 5 months and i created end number of support tickets and there is no response so i am very much concern about my mark list, provisional certificates and my degree certificates and hence please have the issue resolve

The university is not refunding my caution money and book bank security money of totalworth of 3000 inr. Thus they hold money of lot of students and not responding me as well. I am student of b. Tech mechanical engineering of batch[protected].

Hi I got admission in august 2016 (paying 30000 out of 70000 ), I was told i will have exams in December 16/ Jan 17. I got a call in Jan 17 for depositing further 11000 Rs before exams but then they told me that exams are delayed and will be held in march or April.

Now since march i am trying to contact university and student support and none of them are replying back to me. Today i talked to the admission department through their website and i am told that exams of my first semester will be in june 17 since my admission was in august 16.

They also told me at the time of admission that i can do my first 2 years in just 6 months but i didnt opt for it since i wanted to do in regular 3 years than a short cut.

I took admission with Jaipur National University(Distance Education) for Distance PGD+MBA in Operation Management(Lateral Entry) in Sept'16 and before taking admission their representative(Priti Thakre & Anjum Guleria) ) committed that the 3rd semester(for me 1st semester) exam will be held in Dec'16 and 4th Semester(for me 2nd/last semester) will be held in May'17 and accordingly I took the admission and also paid 100 % payment (Rs 32000/-) in advance.

Here, Feb'17 is over and already we arrived in March'17 whereas still I am not aware that when the exam will be conducted

I have sent several mail to Priti Thakre (priti.[protected]@jnujprdistance.com) and Akshay([protected]@universitysupportservices.co.in) but still I have not received any positive reply from any one

Request you, let me know when the exam will be held?

If I have to wait then please arrange for refunding my money which I paid during admission

Even I have registered a complaint on UGC student's grievance portal on 28.01.17 but I did not received any response from them

I have applied for cancellation of my enrollment due to university was nor approved by distance edu bureau at the time of my admission so i cancelled the same in the cancellation time period
even filled post enrollment cancellation for but after one month i still trying to contacting the official but all the staff who was involved in my admission told they just resigned the job and not to call them

i suggest not to get looted by choosing this fraud uni all you

I have registered for the MBA + PGD course through this website. I have submitted all my assignments and received results as well. However, the university has suddenly gone silent on the issue of exams and certifications. There is no response to emails, online web portal request as well as telephone calls to the numbers.

Can somebody clarify if this is a real University and their representatives or is it a case of public fraud, which should be reported to UGC, AICTE, AIU and other competent bodies by "consumercomplaints.in" or students who are being exploited. A well informed response would be greatly appreciated.

Hello sir/madam,

I have taken up mba in project management (From jaipur national university) distance education.

I have completed my course in february 2016. My enrolment number being [protected].

But, ever since then, i have been continuously following-up with the concerned student support team for the marks sheets, but to no avail. A number of emails and telephone calls have been sent and made to them, but every time i get the same response stating it is in process.

Kindly request the concerned authorities to speed up the process and take steps to ensure i receive my marks card.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Its been a very very bad experience for me while studying from Jaipur National University. I took admission through distance mode in B.Com course in 2012. i was supposed to give my final year exams in 2015 but they never happened in that year. After repeated calls to University, they reverted that exam will held soon but there was no fixed date. In june 2016, exam happened and i was assured that final year marksheet will come in 2-3 months but its been more than 6 months i have not got any marksheet.

I wanted to do MBA after B.com but due to the bad University my 2 years got wasted.

I still regret the decision of choosing Jaipur National University.

On behalf of Miss Preethu Kurian, I am Filing this complaint, as I only advised her to choose Jaipur National University for her MBA course. Initial payment of of Rs.30, 000/- was paid by me.
Our complaint is that even though we paid the Initial payment of Rs. 30000 and Second semester fee of Rs.10, 000/- the university has suspended her admission stating that fee is due. we are supposed to pay the third semester fee after completion of second semester. But she has completed one semester only and is asking her to pay the remaining semester fee.

Lump sum fee amount was 55000/- and we opted installment. As per this system, we have to pay initial payment of Rs.30, 000/- and balance thrity thousand in three installment on completion of each semester.

We have already paid fees upto 3rd semester, ie (Rs.40, 000) and is allowed to attend one semester only. The student is suspended for failure of fees.

Initially one Miss Asmitha has canvased me and advised me to deposit the amount. Now One Mr. Chandan who is our supportive Executive is dealing the issue, but not giving proper guidelines and asking us to pay the remaining installment fee as lump sum immediately to withdraw the suspension.
Hence I request justice. Her suspension may kindly be got withdrawn and it is to bring your kind notice that we are mentally torched by Miss Chandan Asmita for which suitable compensation us and punishment to them may be awarded.

This university is not good for students as well as employee

3. in the blood camp - forcefully apply to take blood from the student on the basis of marks threatening

The support executive did not make any solution regarding the payment of my course as well as no proper communication is there from there end how to study and how to give examination etc. My enrollment no is [protected].
Few days ago they called me to make the payment of my rest amount i. E 20000 but at the time of enrollment the support executive told me thst if i paid the amount part by part or totally then the amount will be same in both cases. That was the amount of 48000.
But now they are demanding 20000 rs as i have already paid 35000.
So there is a huge extra pay of rs 7000.
Please help me. Otherwise it will be very difficult for me.

I had taken admission in dual course PGDBA + MBA(IT)
I got the PGDBA certificate from MIT Pune
I have completed my MBA in IT in july-15 only. Yet i have not got marksheets of sem-1 and sem-4 from JNU. And my MBA certificate from JNU is also pending .
Many times i talked with student support executive but they dont resolve my problem .
Because of lack of mark sheets and certificate, i am not able to satisfy various interview criteria.
Please help me in this matter.
