I am Ramanpreet kaur from ganganagar raj.i have submitted all fees and documents with form for provisional certificate of PGDCA AND MCA 27/07/ 2021 . provisional certificate timing 15 days for issue but till date I have not received certificate and staff not pickup the phone last 5 days and no information about the status of certificate....

I am a MBA student. I got my1st year marksheet and found my name and my mother name is incorrect in marksheet.
There was a counselor Bharti who is left but now nobody responding. It’s been almost 2 months nobody helped me.

I had taken admition in jnu July 2019 batch, first year exam was in December 2020,
But second year all ready completed, from university side not provided any book or any materials, till now exam date not declared,
I never seen any university in my life,
They people are selling degree only, not receiving any call...

I've sent all required documents with demand draft to jaipur national university education. I tried to reach through helpline no as well as email but no luck. Someone received my call and then disconnected suddenly without any response. I really very disappointed to see this behaviour. I just wanted to know how will I notified that my degree certificate is ready and sent to my address. Also, is there any way to check the status where I can...

I have called them to get my enrollment details and this lady she told me that JNU is not giving those details directly unless and until i have take admission directly from their place and rudely told me that i need to contact to the person whom i submitted my fees. I mean, does this make any sense?? In the end i have taken admission in JNU so, JNU should have those details. I haven't even received my admission form or any kind of admission...

Dear JNU administration,

I have query about admission fee so I have called on the this number [protected] a lady picked up my call and shouting so laudly as on 15 july 21 10:10 AM she has just misbehaved with shouting in laud voice and said do whatever you can, it's totally decrease the decorum of your university please remove such type of lady receptionist from your query cell so student can solve their problem by the means...

I have registered for MBA Information Technology management in distance education mode at 2014 (Reg no: [protected]). I have completed all the requirements for graduation and still have not recieved my 3 semester marksheet and degree certificate. I have contacted through email and call many times but not useful

Kindly resolve this issue.

Am student of Jnu 2016 batch have cleared all semesters on December 2020 ...now I need to take admission for MBA. ..I have contacted the distance department but no response at all now seriously thinking of taking a legal step ...I may sue the university
If they donto release my marksheets by June. ...I hope my complain will be under consideration...

Got enrolled in M. Pharmacy 2020-21, my registration no. R29679 on 22.12.2020. Rs. 1000 for registration fee through Payment id :[protected] Transaction id : [protected].

Admission fee reference no. N[protected] account no. [protected] and Receipt no. 42736 in Punjab national Bank. Rs. 20, 000 paid as admission fees. Belonging from a humble background this amount makes a lot of difference to me....

I had received call from profcyma career solutions for admission in jaipur national university for MBA. They claimed that they are official registered admission partner. I paid Rs 10, 000 initially but i had not received any confirmation from them and neither any admission receipt. It has been passed 7-8 months. Still I'm waiting for confirmation.
