My name v. Sundarraj from chennai, roll no.[protected], i had completed my mba operation management course on jan 2017. After several followup with university i had posted a dd rs.750 for getting my provisional certificate and my 4th semester mark list. Till now i am following through mail and trying through phone but not able to connect. Request you to get my 4th semester mark list and my provisional certificate.

Request you to please provide my final degree certificate of mca. I have submitted everything from end as requested from jnu.
It's been very long time now. Please take this on high priority. As, i have to submit this in my current organization.

If this request is not made within next week then i would have to take some legal action from my end and that would not be good for university.

Below attached the document pending from my end to be submitted in my current organization. If, i won't be able to submit them by this month then it will affect in salary delay for january 2019.

I had completed my MBA distance in Energy Management(Roll No: [protected]). Final Sem mark list issued on 19/06/2017 and online payment with (Rs.2500/-) for Degree certificate made on 29/06/2018. (payment ID no:[protected]. copy of same with application and mark lists send to university. even after several reminders no reply came until now. I try to call on university number, but could not get any response.

I have completed the mba in international business and had contacted the university and its principal faculty and administrative staff on the provided email addresses and telephone contacts, and it proved a futile attempt due to the factor of non-responsiveness. I equally tried to paid online but to no avail. I need my official degree certificate and would be grateful if the university can be of any assistance and reach out. Thanks.

I called on toll free no for enquiry they given the no [protected] lady picked the called i asked for yoga and nauropathy course as i found on google that jaipur national university is proving. I simply asked and she was shouted at me like anything that we are not proving i told and abused me is this the way to talk with student whats my fault i simply called for enquiry.

I have completed mca but mark sheet not received still now...

I sent a application from for migration certificate and a demand draft of rs 1000 with all documents to university by speed post. But university not sent me my migration certificate. I got 4 semester mark-sheets, kinldy assiast for applying for my provisional and degree cserificate.

I tried to contact from past 8 months no one is responding!!

Please help me how to get my degree certificate.

No support, at the time of admission i received 2 to 3 call per day..

But now no proper number for institute, if i call no one can pick the mobile.

I took admission in jaipur national university (Jnu) on 20th oct, 2015 for 3 yrs bba course under distance education mode and my student id is [protected].. As per the advise o[censored]niversity staff i paid the full course fee rs.61, 000/- through online payment. I have completed 3 semesters successfully through online exam. Remaining 3 semesters out of 6 are pending.
Since a year long the university did not response over phone / mail. No information about assignments and exams has been communicated. I have tried to contact the university over phone more than 500 times and also over mail. But no response. I think my money and my time and as well as my career has been lost. What can i do now? My aim, my dream is shattered. I am fully helpless. Now i have no money and no time to further continue my study. Pls help. This is my earnest request.

There is a big problem in registering exam form online through their website.

There has been successful payment of rs1000 for examination form two times and still no slot booking page appears after payment.
Moreover my payment has been done twice as attached in the mail below for the same form. As such please refund my rs 1000 that has been payed twice due to problem in their website or portal.

I had completed my mca course september-2017. But i did not receive my marksheet of last two semester. Minimum thousand times i called the support centre but they did not receive any of my calls. I also send them almost 10 mail but they did not reply any of my mail. I paid them a total course fee. What can i do now i did not understand. I pay them 80 thousand rupees....

I clear mca in 2016 from jaipur national university with distance education. I pay the certificate amount by dd to jaipur national university. I can't receive my certificate yet. I call again and again in distance education department. But they don't receive any call or not response. I want to get my digree certificate. So i humbly request to you please give me right information and my digree certificate.
