I am completed my bba but still i not received my marksheet or degree.

I have not received my mark sheet and bba certificate which is really a pain for the students and my promotion is on hold because of not providing the certificates

Can anyone help us or forward this to the concerned department to take some legal actions on this

They are not responding on the mails or calls since 4 months

Concern1:

I'm willing to send the transcripts to wes canada from the university for my educational crediential assessment (Eca).

The wes organisation insists to send the transcripts from university to wes canada directly.

Because in the transcript request form it is mentioned that it'll be send to the applicant (Me).

Query2:

As per this mba course, at the end of 1st year (First 2 semesters) i would be getting a pgdm cerificate.

I didn't receive any certificate.

After writing repeated mails and trying tk connect all the available phone no. I didn't get any response. Even i pinged the representatives thru whatsapp. They doesn't bother replying. My career plan execution is getting delayed because if this poor response from jnu distance.

Request you to resolve my concern.

I want to track know that when will i get my degree of bba retailing, i have courier my marksheets with 1500 bank dd to your university address on date 8 august 2019, the courier number is 10910447 from trackon courier service and my enrollment number is = jnu-jpr/de/15/02/13/01914, \ please kindly inform me that when will i get my degree certificate and what is status of it, 4 months have passed till now
When i called on university number they said that ur certificate has been dispatched in november 2019 but i have not received it till now, i also asked i[censored]niversity has dispatched my certificate then please give me tracking number of courier by which u have send & they said we dont have tracking number, what the hell is this, how student will get his certificate if it has not delivered to student, i have payed 1500 dd charges, this is responsibility o[censored]ni to provide student degree certificate, kindly please contact me sir on [protected], more than 4 months have passed & university says in 90 days only but unfortunately 4 months have passed, i call severel times on university helpline but my problem is not solved

I am a bba student of jaipur national university. I completed the course. I have not received my mark sheets for semesters 3, 4, 5 and 6. I will need to apply for my certificate after i receive these mark sheets. They have sent me attachments of my scanned mark sheets. We have been trying to contact them by phone and no one answers. I have sent emails and no one replies. Finally on 31oct19 i received an email on confirming my address. I have replied the same day. Now today is 19nov19 and we still have not received any post from jnu. I appeared all the exams as an nri student. Yet they required me to provide indian address to post my mark sheets. I also asked them if i can collect it from the university as i don't trust them any more.

So i have applied for both with application forms and required documents and dd of ₹750 and ₹1500 individually.
I have posted two posts via speed post on 09/10/2019 and it delivered to you on 14/10/2019 according to india post tracking.

Now i am heartily requesting you to please kindly issue my provisional certificate and degree certificate of mca in order to apply for a government job. I need it urgent within a month. So please issue these my life changing documents soon.

They took complete course fee and did not return when i asked for a refund.

They were fake and when i figured out as per ugc, aicte, deb their distance degree are not eligible i asked for refund. Despite sending court notice they did not refund.

One of their sales person called me to scare me that he will do something bad with me if i take them to court. Out of fear i am still sitting at home and hoping one day my 53, 000 rupees will be paid back.

I am trying to get my degree certificate since long ago, but there is no response for any of my email. I have tried the below contact numbers since it is mentioned in your website, but nobody has never responded from this number.

I cannot come to the university and ask for it since I am not in India and that is why we are choosing distance education. I paid my money and I know my rights. I lost offers because of I have do not have PG degree certificate which I have completed.

I need the explanation for the same and the solution for it. I need my degree certificate in a week since I have waited enough.

Completed my final semester on april 2018, yet didn't received any formal copy of the same. They are just giving dates, since september 2018. Promised like 5 times with last one was by march 2019.

Good day!

Request you to please provide my final degree certificate of mca. I have submitted everything from end as requested from jnu.
It's been very long time now. Please take this on high priority. As, i have to submit this in my current organization.

If this request is not made within next week then i would have to take some legal action from my end and that would not be good for university.

Below attached the document pending from my end to be submitted in my current organization. If, i won't be able to submit them by this month then it will affect in salary delay for january 2019.

(payment ID no:[protected]. copy of same with application and mark lists send to university. even after several reminders no reply came until now. I try to call on university number, but could not get any response.

I have completed the mba in international business and had contacted the university and its principal faculty and administrative staff on the provided email addresses and telephone contacts, and it proved a futile attempt due to the factor of non-responsiveness. I equally tried to paid online but to no avail. I need my official degree certificate and would be grateful if the university can be of any assistance and reach out. Thanks.

I called on toll free no for enquiry they given the no [protected] lady picked the called i asked for yoga and nauropathy course as i found on google that jaipur national university is proving. I simply asked and she was shouted at me like anything that we are not proving i told and abused me is this the way to talk with student whats my fault i simply called for enquiry.
