[Resolved]  Jaipur National University — mark sheet not provided

I have join my bsc it from jnujprdistance.com and have completed all my semester i have received semester 1 2 3 4 mark sheet but 5 and 6 have not received which is preventing me from applying for certificate.
I have try to reach them and call them for many month and did not receive and support.
I am planing to take a legal action if i did not receive the mark sheet by the end of this year.
