I had reserved my seat in btech cse AI and ML in jaipur national university on 2 august 2023 with 29950 money. But now I wanted to cancel my seat because my father is in army so my father is posted in bathinda, punjab so i decided to take admission in punjab only. But when I requested to my counsellor about refund of money he declined and said only security deposit will refund because it is university policy.
Kindly help me to get my refund of 29950.

I am jogendra my erp no is R-21407 i have done my graduation in 2020 from Jaipur National University and filled my nodues in 2021 due to corona and its been 2 year i didnt get my security money those faculty member are saying you will get it in 1 month and i have visited 5 times there still the issue is not resolved i feel cheated by them because they are eating money of innocent poor student please see in this issue and give me my cheques. I have tution and hostel cheque pending

My patient name sushmita sharma.patient was taken to jnu hospital near about 3am on 23 /6/2023 .patient was pshyciatry patient and was hyper.condition was worst that she was throwing stones on us. In emergency dr shagun counselled her from pshycatry said we cannot admit her in phyciatry department we will admit her in medicine .so doctor onduty on emergency said that it is better you admit her in pshyciatry.and they were making us like pendulum from here and there.in mean while our patient ran away from campus.overall we stayed in campus for more than 2 hrs.but nobody helped us .we were the old patient of jnu .but this experience made us that we will never be back to jnu.and give bad feedback to railway as we were transferred from railway.

Myself Nischay Kirodia from Jaipur, I here by share my concern that I haven't received the caution money refund. I have completed my BBA graduation degree in may 2022. I have no pending dues.
On 28th of November I have submitted the application for the same along with migration and character certificate application. I had received the migration and character certificate then and there but for caution money, the officials in accounts department (SADTM campus) committed that I would receive the cheque of that within 90 days of submitting application.
To ask the same I again contacted the officials and they told me that I would have to wait for 2 months more because the application is still in process. I again contacted them and yet they are not answering me properly and avoiding my problem. They are talking very rudely.
Please it's my warm request to the higher authority concerned to please look into the matter. The officials are not responding well and are talking very rudely.

I have passed the exam from the university, after that the amount called skill money is refunded to all the students, that amount has been received by all the students but I have not yet received that amount, after contacting the university It is understood that you have not filled the application formNoduse has not been created while it has been deposited by me, this is a disturbing matter of a university, so I would request sir to please give me my skill money because skill money is a security amount, no one has any right on it. I am ANKUSH GUPTA, a student in lucknow I've taken the admission in jaipur national university and submitted the fee the course BBA on 30 JULY 2021 Registration no - R30552 due to some circumstances I've to take admission in lucknow so I've requested to refund my fee back and they've promised it to be refunded under 6 months and it's been 1year and 2 the fees has not been refunded. I am saksham goyanar student of BBA 6th sem of your university roll number[protected] enrollment number JNU-jpr-2019/00135, i gave my special back exam on 17th of September and that day something misunderstood happened by the checking authority. On that day i brought a calculator from my engineering friend and some formulas of engineering was written on that. i didn't know what's written on that calculator and then checking authority came in the examination hall and they saw my calculator and found that something is written on it and i did clear them that this is not my calculator and i didn't know anything written on it and everything is written on it does not relate to my exam paper as well as my whole BBA syllabus. And they filled the form of that incident and and i clearly stated that if you find anything relating to my exam paper so you can do appropriate proceeding against me.
According to section 6 of right to information act 2005, i want to get information about-
1- the certified copy of the enquiry report and investigation report.
2- provide me the information of what procedure will be follow by enquiry team
3- provide me the information about the expertise who will do investigation

I am highly disappointed by the system of this whole university.
So let me tell you from the start. I took admission in jaipur national university on 13 August 2022 for ba honours english course. They sent me this message stating that if I paid the whole annual amount (Rs 34100) I will get 18% discount and if I paid 50% I will get 13 % discount on whole tuition fees.

I gave Rs 34100 to book a seat. I even took a seat in hostel for which I paid Rs 15000. After discussing with my parents I decided to leave hostel and stay with my parents in jaipur . So i applied for cancelation of my hostel seat. Throughout the day, I kept running from one block to another to get my cancelation approved and staff members didn't even cared about the difficulty through which I was going. They told me that they will only return Rs 5000 out of 15000 as according to them I took some other student's seat. OK I accepted that and I asked for Rs 5000, they said that they will return it within months. Within months are you kidding me! 😩
I belong from a middle class family and it is a big piece of cake for me. Still, I accepted that considering that they will atleast return it someday.
Later on due to some issues my parents were not able to settle down in jaipur. So I decided to continue my studies from my hometown Jodhpur only as it was getting very inconvenient for me to stay in jaipur alone. The hostel fees added with the tuition fees and the transport fees was a bit too expensive for me to spend on ba english honours degree which costs only Rs 1260(for 3 YEARS) in JNVUniversityJodhpur.

I went to jodhpur and applied for cancelation of admission. When I first contacted them no one picked up the phone and when one person picked up my call, he rudely stated that he knows nothing about this matter and told me to contact someone else. He even told me that no money will be refunded to me. Do you consider me as a fool?🤨 I didn't even attended college for two days and you are not even refunding 11 months fees. If you want then cut one month fee and give the rest of the amount but no forget about refunding this university is not even attending to my calls. Once my friend also canceled her admission in some institute and that institute refunded her the whole amount within three days! I even wrote them an application clearly stating that I belong from a middle class family and this sum( 34100+ 15000) means a lot to me, atleast refund some amount but no they are least bothered about the students to even reply to their email. What kind of management is this? 😠
No one is picking up my calls, no one is replying to my email then what should I do?
I am not that rich to give away such a big amount. It is a wastage of my money.

I would recommend everyone to think ten times before taking admission here.

I am unable to log in JNU website since last 6 month. It's repeatedly showing the wrong id/password. From last 6 month it's really frustrating that no body is responding the call from JNU. It's hard for some one who is doing distance education and not in near to the College. I am still waiting for my 2nd year result and certificates. Hence please take a necessary action and do the needful at the earliest and resolve my issue.
