Jaipur National University — not attended any exam after 1 yr completion

Dear support team,
It's my painfull to infrom you that, last year i got admitted in this university under mba-it distance learning but not have got any update for exam whenever the installment payment time comes some of executives call and asking for the payment clearance, i also cleared my installment still there is no such suppport the the university,

I have tried several times to contact my course coordinator but every times somebody getting replaced not the given number not getting reachable. So
Request you kindly understand my concern and update the samething..
