Jaipur National University — Online payment issue due to which am unable to book exam slot

Hello Team, This is Karthik here. Am an existing student of JNU. Enrollment number is [protected]. Hello Team, Have made an online payment towards backlog payment fees (Production and Operation Management) on the 23rd of December 2015, and the payment was made was successful on the 25th of December. But, am still unable to book my examination slot. The student support team is not at all responding to my mails.
