Jaipur National University — Physical Marksheet Not Provided

Hi i want to complaint about this university i am planning to take legal action against them because they are wasting the time of students i applied for my duplicate marksheet in oct 2023 and after calling them several times finally they said that your marksheet is alredy ready till now dec 2023 i havent recieved it i paid 1500 already my job is stuck because of this i have to submit it and i mentally feeling very much burdened i dont know what to do now my enrollment no is JNU-JPR/DE/19/04/182/03511 kindly dispatch it to my address if you unable to dispatch it let me know atleast so that i can come and collect it.
