Jaipur National University — Regarding the refunding of the fees

Dear sir,
I am ANKUSH GUPTA, a student in lucknow I've taken the admission in jaipur national university and submitted the fee the course BBA on 30 JULY 2021 Registration no - R30552 due to some circumstances I've to take admission in lucknow so I've requested to refund my fee back and they've promised it to be refunded under 6 months and it's been 1year and 2 the fees has not been refunded. Severely emails and call have been done but no response was made by the university.
