Jaipur National University — Rude behaviour of lady receptionist

I have called them to get my enrollment details and this lady she told me that JNU is not giving those details directly unless and until i have take admission directly from their place and rudely told me that i need to contact to the person whom i submitted my fees. I mean, does this make any sense?? In the end i have taken admission in JNU so, JNU should have those details. I haven't even received my admission form or any kind of admission details and this is the way i am being treated. That lady needs to learns some manners and phone etiquettes.
