Jaipur Police — wrong fir

Dear sir,
On 27 november my phone was snatched by two biker snatcher. I was complaint about them, i wrote what was happening that night but police torn the fir page and wrote that the phone was missing they don't even write about snatching or snatchers.
I complaint in jyoti nagar police station in jaipur.
Today 4 december there is no response by them.
Kindly help me.
