Sir I was visiting Jaipur on12 September 2016. I parked my car at a corner where other cars were already parked. 20 minutes later I came back and found my tyres locked because I had allegedly parked in a No Parking area. The Jaipur traffic police officers harassed us and made us wait for over an hour. We were then fined for parking in a No Parking zone whereas there was no board of no parking. They later said it was an auto parking whereas there were no autos parked there and no board either. There was only one auto union board nearby which did not mention that it was an auto parking or no parking area. If the authorities are incompetent and incapable of putting up proper signs why should the tourists be punished?
