They said while ordering they will provide us replacement or exchange but now when I received my product it's completely against the quality they have mentioned before and now they are not even replying I have been trying to reach them out for a week still no reply nothing.

I've ordered a dress of 1950 and it's totally damaged as well as it's totally opposite to the picture shown by then before..
Neither they receive calls nor they see the message...
I want my refund back anyhow..
Or else I will start posting stories of this product with all informations and will start tagging you on all social media platforms...

I had complaint against jai shree ecommerce 18 Dec 2021. Till now my problem is not solved. And not any single reply on my complaint. I think they can't solve this problem.
