I have ordered a saree from Jaishree e commerce. I have asked them before ordering the saree whether return policy is there. They said yes. Now after delivering the product they are saying there is no return only exchange.
I have received the worst saree ever. In picture it was different saree and i received different saree. It doesnot even cost 300rs and they have charged me 1000rs....

I ordered a pre pleated saree from them through Whatsapp number +91 [protected] after checking their advertisement on Instagram page basnrii_ (Angel's vault). They sent a very very poor quality product. The saree didn't even match with the advertised product. I paid 2100 for the same. They lure you with COD offers and by promising high quality products but send very cheap roadside products. They stopped responding to my calls after the product...

I have ordered a lehanga worth 2850rs and the colour is very different as shown in picture. They are not responding either . Please take action against them. We have spent our money on the products.

I have ordered lehnga online by referring their Instagram page image with Rs 3000/- . They have delivered wrong product on cash on delivery and not allowed to check item before paying . Later we found that delivered item was totally different and dirty state . After informing the same on whatsapp they started not responded and not even lifted the call after multiple attempt .

They are literally running fraud business online for cheating people. I want my money back .

The dress was completely different and low quality cheap dress...they showed a totally different product on whatsapp...Now they are not responding to calls and messages...It is a fraud company...My 2100Rs is wasted..Kindly take strict action against them...They should be in jail for doing such fraud..and there shop should...

I bought a dress worth rs 1950/- through instagram page called Indianbride.co. which was delivered by jaishree e-commerce. First the dress I have ordered in size XL, whereas I got it in size M. The quality of the dress is totally different from the picture and video they show me at the order placement time. Now, they are not responding my calls and msgs. How to deal with them?...

I received a damaged & poor quality dress and they are now not responding for exchange or refund the amount.

I received a completely different and cheap product from what I ordered . It is a complete scam . They lure you with COD and vanish after the money . I want my 2100 back or I will register a formal complaint.

I have recently ordered a product, when I received the order, its colour and fabric is very cheap and was not as per the picture shown, now I want to get my money refund, but they are not responding. So how to take my hard-earned money back ? After having so many complaints, why these sited are not banned or any legal action taken against him ?

I placed an order from Instagram and they said it is refundable and all. Now thy are not answering my calls. Stirct actions should be taken against them since i see there are so many complaints against them.

A fraud company, selling wrong products. Got a wrong product, now they are not replying on whatsapp

They said while ordering they will provide us replacement or exchange but now when I received my product it's completely against the quality they have mentioned before and now they are not even replying I have been trying to reach them out for a week still no reply nothing.

I have purchased an outfit from instagram handle indian wedding dress. The shipment details says jaishree e-commerce, 226, shivalik dabholi road, surat, gujarat. The product is nothing like the picture shown. The material is cheap. The phone number is switched off. Whatsapp is the only place they can be reached and now i have been blocked. I don't want this product. It is not the same colour or material....
