JaldiFatafat — product not received after completing full payment

I ordered bluetooth earbuds on 21st april 2020, and prepaid 652 by using debit card but jaldifatafat still showing ' awaiting payment'
I ordered that item in mumbai 3months ago
Now i am in rajasthan and i want to cancel that order and need refund.
