I enrolled for consultancy program from Jamboree.
I was told at the initial stages that I am very late for enrolling to this program and I need to hurry up. I was informed that LOR’s and SOP’s have to be written asap. But after I enrolled on 9th oct, nothing has really changed. I received disclaimer after I paid which is absolutely wrong. The counsellor who took my free conselling gave wrong assumptions. It was promised to provide the list of colleges in 7 working days which is not fulfilled. I was scolded by my counsellor on the 2nd day after receiving low marks in mock test which is not acceptable. I yesterday had a conversation with Mr. Manish who took my payment and he said jamboree can return the money if I have a valid point. I had put up a mail on 1st November stating my problems and asking for a refund. A conference call was made where Aparna Srivastva was talking as rudely as she could and laughed at me on not understanding things as if I am a DUMB. i am being forced to provide a candidate to transfer my services as no refund is possible. I even gave her an option which she clearly denied. This is just not the way to go through a process. The shortlisting is also not unto the mark as per me. According to Aparna she validates that if I have a valid point. How can she validate my point. Its not a small amount. Its my request to you that if you could help me get my refund as I am not satisfied with the services provided. Its my right to ask for it. Everyone is just forcing me for continuing the service but its about my future. And there is so much negativity in your system which you are not aware about.
