Jamia Millia Islamia University — Course registration fee paid to tpcl but not reached to the college site and not refunded..

Sir,
During Admission regustration for jmi university the site i payed a sum of 575 rupees as registration fee through google pay. During registration the finavila mediator o[censored]niversity named TPCL requested this money through google pay and i paid.
This amount hadbeen deducted from my account but not reached university site.
The site replied that amount will be refunded in 10 days, but its been 16 days from now.

Please refund my money, dont cheat students.
