Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Muhammad Lareb, resident of Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, wish to file a complaint against ICICI Eazypay (ICICI Bank Ltd.) for non-refund of a failed UPI transaction. An amount of ₹700 was deducted from my account on 09/04/2025, but till date, I have not received any refund.

Purpose of Payment: For submitting online application form of Jamia Millia Islamia University

I tried to make payment through ICICI Eazypay for submitting the entrance form of Jamia Millia Islamia. The first attempt failed but the money was still deducted. Due to urgency, I paid again and the second attempt succeeded. However, the refund for the failed transaction has not been credited even after 8 days.

Relief Sought:

Immediate refund of ₹700

Compensation for inconvenience, stress, and time wasted

Direction to ensure such payment failures and delays are not repeated

I am attaching all necessary proofs including bank transaction details and screenshots. Kindly take appropriate action.

Payment not accepting for Bsc honors physics

I have applied for ug application for btech and paid the fees. But confirmation page not getting. I have sent emails and contacted them but not responding. I have also sent complaint here 8 march.no responses from here also. Please help me to resolve the issue...

I had done the payment for the 2023 admission through online but ini the preview it show that not paid pls do confirm it...

I had made payment for the entrance exam, but it showed the application was confirmed but not paid.Payment was successful and I had already made an enquiry through mail but didn't receive any updates.Here by I am attaching the payment slip for your reference.Please resolve my issue.

I have also give application to my course head Dr.Shahiba khatoon (commerce) but i didn't get any response.
i have not my registration but i hope u will check my application status
and give me proper resolution...

I'm a student of Jamia Millia Islamia. I got admission in November 2021 for B.A Program through the distance mode.

Me and my batchmates are very worried about our studies if everything goes on like this our one year will be wasted.

Earlier we were not told that our studies would be online but we are adjusting without offline classes. We were given only five online classes for each subject and that too did not happen easily.

It is going to be a year, we haven't received the books yet only PDF of Books has been sent to us and whenever we asked about the books, they would tell us that you will get it next week, next month or mail will be sent to all the students. And now when we asked again, he said, it's not printed. We also talked to director and got the same reply. And now they said you are from online distance mode that's why you didn't received books. Than why they gave us hope that you received books after a month.

And when we were adjusting to all these things and now, when we asked about the examination, he will firstly said in November, then in December and now he is saying about January. We all do self studies and solve each other's problems But it ain't easy without books.

Fees are higher than all the online universities for BA program, and this university doesn't have any facilities.

We all completed one year of our college but haven't received books, and also didn't even know about exams. Once in a week also scolded in the house because of this concern.

We all hope that you will definitely do something regarding our problem and give us a better solution.

Please provide opportunity to submit UG admission application form online on the basis of the CUET Score required for consideration. University's online application portal closed on 11th September 2022. The CUET 2022 result has been out by around 11:30 p.m. on 11th Sept. 2022. That is why I could not apply for UG admission in JMI University.
Kindly extend the application submission date in view of the late declaration of CUET Score.

I done my payment for admission through jee main but not got confirmation

My Grade Card for Semester-III is not showing any value for SGPA of Sem-II due to which I am unable to apply for my degree

I have given a written request with supporting documents to the Controller of Examination counter on 18.07.2022 and scanned copy of received application and supporting documents via e-mail on 19.07.2022.

To apply for degree I require marks sheets dully signed by the Controller of Examination.

I have done my payment of online application form for btech through jee main.
Even 2 time my balance got deducted but no confirmation message got from your side.
I am try to reach you but got no response.
Please solve my issue as early as possible

Amazon Mall is the number 1 fraud company. Firstly they said me to recharge of 500 nd you will get an total of 700 back. They said me this is the part-time job company where money can earn easily. Finally I did recharge nd began to do the task .But suddenly they said me to recharge again to finish the task to get my investment back. And they are blackmailing me literally to recharge the amount otherwise we will file a case on you.By this I lost 1k rupees nd facing this problem from this worst company.
So I will guide the people don't trust this worst nd fraud company

I have applied JMI residential coaching examination form on 15th June and paid the fees of 850 rupee which deducted with tax made it 871 rupee i have checked the form it said fees not paid I did not have enough money to pay again since then I'm continuously calling the help desk no one is bothering to pick up call after recalling number was switch off. I want my refund back as soon as possible.

I have applied for phd entrance exam. they have taken 1500 rs for that. i have given my phone number and mail id but no information was given about issue of admit card and exam date. today i got to know that exam was already taken on 29th may. admit card was on jmi registration account but no notification on phone and mail.

Ph.D. The entrance 2021 exam was canceled by the Fine art department due to some internal reason by the university but the fee does not refund till now.
I have already mailed to the Controller of Examination of JMI but don't give me any response. Again I send a reminder mail but again they don't reply.
I paid a 2000/- application fee.
