Explanation of above complaint is below
I had taken admission for my kids in jmi, day care in the month of june'17, before i could do the registration i had 2 concerns
1- my daughter who is 4 yrs of age should be picked up from gate no. 18 from the staff of dp day care as soon she reaches from her school in the afternoon (Due to nonavailability of parents at that time)
2- requested my timings till 6:00 pm in the evening
The above 2 points i discussed with the concern staff members there with ms. Farhat (Majorly) & ms. Humaira. Ms. Farhat gives me full assurance on the above concern to be fulfilled by the staff member. And she actually arranges a staff for picking my daughter, based on their confirmation i registered my kids and submitted the fee amount of 25 thousand. My kids joined on 10th july and i accompanied them on the first day and explained the location (Drop point of my daughter) clearly to the maid of dpdc and to the school driver also, location was fine art gate which is 2mins walk distance from day care. First day everything went off fine, but second day (11th jul) ms farhat started cribbing to me that she can't pick the kids and you withdraw from the day care. I brought the concern to the major authority ms jessy madam on the second day (11th jul), and discussed the matter with her. I explained to her that after the commitments of picking my daughter from the gate only i registered my kids with the day care. To this madam jessy assured me that they will pick my kid from the gate (Fine art gate), she clearly advised her staff (Farhat & humaira) to provide the facility to the parent as we have committed to her & she has some expectations from us.
Things were going fine till 25th of august when ms farhat again refused to pick the kid from the fine art gate and called the father to pick the daughter from the gate (Having said the father was in noida & mother was out of station) and the school cab was waiting at the gate. My daughter was waiting outside the gate for about 30mins or more no one bothered to pick the kid from there and let her wait. Then my mother (Who was suppose to visit a dr.) picked her from the gate and dropped at the day care. When i returned in the evening and reached the day care round about 5:00 pm to pick my kids ms farhat immediately told me that she won't pick the kids you do the arrangements on own or withdraw from the daycare. She was continuously harassing me mentally and gave me the shock as i came to know that my daughter was not picked by the staff "despite their responsibility". Not only she the other staff members started misbehaving and said we won't pick the kid it's not the rule etc.
I again brought the matter to jessy madam & asked her simple solutions
1) why didn't the staff member picked my kid from the gate? On 25th aug
2) why the staff misguided me? And i ended up in wasting my time, energy and money (35 thousand) on such a false commitment from the staff
I requested madam that i continued with the day care only after the knowing the fact that my kid is getting picked up from the fact and my other kid is also adjusted to the new environment.
To this, she wanted to support me but her staff was not now ready to pick my kids and she was forced to ask me to pick the kids on own after 10th sep.
Picking the kid in the afternoon is impossible for me this i have explained to each staff member there. How its possible now.
I requested either provide me the pickup facility for the complete year our return my balance amount which is more than 15 thousand, because i have been miss guided by ms. Farhat and ms. Humaira, why i am penalized for their mistake monetarily, emotionally and mentally.
I hope management will take some action against my problem.
