Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Muhammad Lareb, resident of Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, wish to file a complaint against ICICI Eazypay (ICICI Bank Ltd.) for non-refund of a failed UPI transaction. An amount of ₹700 was deducted from my account on 09/04/2025, but till date, I have not received any refund.

I tried to make payment through ICICI Eazypay for submitting the entrance form of Jamia Millia Islamia. The first attempt failed but the money was still deducted. Due to urgency, I paid again and the second attempt succeeded. However, the refund for the failed transaction has not been credited even after 8 days.
Relief Sought:
Immediate refund of ₹700
Compensation for inconvenience, stress, and time wasted
Direction to ensure such payment failures and delays are not repeated
I am attaching all necessary proofs including bank transaction details and screenshots. Kindly take appropriate action.
