Jamia Millia Islamia University — Multiple payment issue

With due respect, I would like to bring in your notice that my name is MOHD AFZAL son of MOHD LADLE, i have applied for Distance BBA[protected]... Unfortunately on 9 November 2022 i have made multiple payment to JMI for from different cards due to technical issue...my payment order numbers : D022A[protected] and D022A[protected] .
I have also give application to my course head Dr.Shahiba khatoon (commerce) but i didn't get any response.
i have not my registration but i hope u will check my application status
and give me proper resolution...
