Jamia Millia Islamia University — PhD Entrance exam cancelled by university but fee not refund till now.

Ph.D. The entrance 2021 exam was canceled by the Fine art department due to some internal reason by the university but the fee does not refund till now.
I have already mailed to the Controller of Examination of JMI but don't give me any response. Again I send a reminder mail but again they don't reply.
I paid a 2000/- application fee.
